I've said this before and really stressed it...

They can't tell us things they don't know. If they're still working on it, still fixing things, still implementing warband stuff... then I doubt they even have a -monthly- ballpark as to when they'll be finished, let alone when a specific patch or update will be released.


Now... even saying that.... I'm starting to get a little impatient here. I bought this game before it was released almost half a year ago.. There are independent game companies who have made entire games in that time. The menu system and various aspects of the game remain slow, cumbersome, buggy and disappointing for a Taleworlds title in general. No surprise, as Taleworlds "didn't make it". Even though this is true, I hold them accountable for my enjoyment of the game I bought from them...

Lets just say I'm not satisfied yet.

If they end up not actually fixing this game, it might not stop me from purchasing others from them.... but I'm going to absolutely SCOUR the forums for complaints about the games in the future if it doesn't get fixed. And you can bet i'll wait until the game is discounted down to the hilt.

And before you ask why, the features were taken out because just about everything was taken out. It's easier to get rid of everything and add stuff back in than it is to try to put stuff in THEN selectively take out contradictions.

This is the response you can expect to get from every single question of "when" you ask on this forum. "When it's ready". Good things take time.... and full implementation of warband features is gonna be GOOOOOOOOOD.... Like... weekend alone at the beach with your lover good.

Idk... having 10 engineering yourself basically means you have 14 engineering skill. Ladders and holes take almost no time to make, and improvements come about far more rapidly.

The king will ride around as a mercenary for a while, start creating caravans, hire some mercenaries, then begin demolishing your hard earned kingdom in reverse.

It's like the plot when YOU did the exam same thing... it's like watching yourself play the game. Just watch the king. =P

Here's an experiment then... get morghs tool and set the maps to the largest size. Is the game still playable then? If so, you've already made the map bigger, go have fun. If not, that's why the maps aren't bigger.

Technically it's 63. You'll never get there though, the amount of time required even if you spent ALL of your time killing the strongest enemies in one hit is insane.

Exactly what he said. A good gun like that can still NOT kill most enemies in one shot... look at winged Hussars and lords. Guns with even lower damages will do very little to such foes.

I was once besieged by a band of 5 looters. I had 250+ men in garrison... But I had no people in my personal party. (I always run solo when fighting except for sieges). I was quite confused. I think they got confused and thought I was alone. 0.o

If you have a 42 speed horse with 10 riding skill and are riding away from an arrow that moves towards you at about 70 velocity... WIN! Even with cloth armor a cutting arrow will do little to no damage in this situation.

However even with plate armor, an arrow can do significant damage if you are moving towards it. Point? All speed is relative in terms of combat damage, even for ranged attacks... So a weapon which fires shots that move quickly will cause more damage.

I wish projectile speed was displayed on the weapon stat, because some of those guns have pretty heavily changed projectile speeds.

Greek fire was also used to burn down Wooden gates.

So press the load button and delete that save. Same effect.

I KNOW! 2-3 bullets for a single enemy feels insane sometimes... but then again, we all want to survive like 4-5 shots... =(

The missing lord has been captured. Sometimes captured lords (even kings) can be absent for more than 100 days. Why a side keeps fighting instead of surrendering when their king has been captured, I know not.

I believe to get his horse back you don't need to capture that lord... just talk to him.

Warband mods will only work for warband. They will not work for WF&S.

WF&S mods will only work for WF&S, they will not work for Warband.

Doesn't this point out the need for them to have different boards for their mods, at the very least?
