I'm constantly above 60+ FPS and I'm running on max settings. The only issues I had were with sieges but they fixed that.

The more cores the better since apparently bannerlord is focused on using as many as possible, so probably a ryzen 9 3900x (since you have an rtx2080 Super i assume you wont have problems buying one ) but even then you might have issues, the game in its current EA state has loads of optimization to be done and even people with very good rigs sometimes have issues.
By the way maybe stick to the 1000 units cap since for now that's the max the devs intended.

Then what the **** are you still doing here? If you don't like what's here, you don't like the core of Mount and Blade. That means you should refund, cut your losses, and spend your precious time doing something you enjoy rather than trying to convince people who do enjoy Mount and Blade that they shouldn't.

Anyway, nice to meet all of you. I'll try to be nice. No promises. Before you ask, no, not paid by TaleWorlds. My trade is way more physical than sitting at a computer lecturing people who probably won't give a **** what I have to say. This is a service rendered to the greater community at zero charge, because I'm such a generous bastard.

maybe if they used existing, tested engins, instead creat one, we had not this problems

Have you tried going back a patch to see if that is the case? It is possible that the fix for the memory leaks has caused excess strain on the cpu but I haven't had the chance to play myself since this patch so I couldn't say for certain.
