    The first thing I learnt in PoP was to never judge a enemy's difficulty by the number of people in their party. Got my buttocks handed to me by many smaller groups of adventurers and other people who I was doing like 3 damage to.

    You can use TweakMB to change the Mercenary hire sizes (In miscellaneous)

    I think he means level 40+ troops. In PoP you can't hire or rescue troops over level 40, so it's impossible to get some kinds of troops.

    Correct. They are very tough, I like to keep them at a safe distance :smile: Usually a few hundred kilometers.

    Hah, and wasn't it you who said you'd die and be dragged through the streets before you saw firearms in PoP?

    I just reinstalled Oblivion yesterday, starting to install a few mods. I loved Fallout 3 and New Vegas, despite some rather serious bugs with NV. I also just got the DLC for New Vegas so i'll have to play it soon. Can't remember which mods I used for New Vegas. You've gotta be careful when installing lots of mods together because I kept running into crashes when trying to install a huge NV overhaul mod.

    Recommended sub-mods for Prophesy of Pendor (WB Version only)

    I did a quick scan of this topic and couldn't find anything on it, but I just hit a small problem where the gate for almerra castle isn't open (during a siege), and all the AI are desperately trying to run through the closed gate, causing all of them to just bunch up on the spot. I can see some objects around the scene have changed so I don't really know what to do.

    I just want to know if this is an installation problem and if anyone else is having this issue or if its a bug and the gate should be open. Thanks in advance


    EDIT: If anybody is having this problem, apparently its a part of Utrehd's Castle Pack. There is a supposed "secret" entrance to the castle apart from the front gate, but neither I or the AI could find it so I just uninstalled it and stuck with the Historic Castle Project. I feel like it has much better, very scenic castles anyways. If somebody finds the solution that would also be nice!

    I uploaded a "Fixed" version (with the gate in the open position) of that castle that we're hoping to use in PoP 4.0. Unfortunataly the "Secret Entrance" does exist, but it is not AI mapped, so the AI will never use it. I would AI map it myself, but I'm not sure what the results would be like, since it is a very complicated route.

    Another issue though... Has anyone had any trouble keeping the loot from the Red Brotherhood treasure chest? The thieves aren't much of a problem and I loot the chest, before+after killing them all. There's another delicious qualis gem in there, but when I leave the battle, whether victorious or fleeing, I always lose all the loot that I grabbed from the chest. Only thing I didn't try was looting it, killing everyone, then fleeing. I suppose I could do that when I get up in the morning. But anyway, is this a known issue?

    And for posterity: This doesn't deserve a new topic, does it?

    Download the "Hotfix Aug 3" from Treebeard's signature. That contains the fix for the Red Brotherhood Chest.
