    [LEGACY] Quick Questions // Quick Answers

    When i'm breaking lords out I always tell them to help me fight, because I can use the "-" key, or whatever you have bound for nearby soldiers to command them to go hide in a corner while I take care of the dirty work. Plus if there's ever an enemy I can't find I'll have them charge and follow the guy to the last guard  :fruity:

    Of course even with this method they sometimes get sniped right out of the gate, but if quick enough you can tell them to hold fire or move and they'll put up their shield if they have one.

    I've been searching for the Mystmountain hideout for a good half hour and can't seem to locate it. Quest was given by the lord of Poinsbruk so it should be around the area but even with CTRL+T there doesn't seem to be a hideout in the area where the patrols are "Patrolling around the Mystmountain Hideout". Anyone know the exact spawn locations where it might be?  :???:

    [BUGS] Support Thread for v3.8+

    Having trouble breaking prisoners out of certain castles.

    In Seven Cross Keep, the lord founded a knighthood order and one of the custom knights is one of the guards and is neither attackable by me nor the lord i'm helping escape. After killing the rest of the guards, the custom knight stands there doing nothing and I can't leave or free the prisoner. (Have to Alt+F4)
    ------> Edit: restarted the game and it suddenly works at this location. (Knight is not hostile but doesn't count as a guard, just stands there)

    In Tuldar Fortress, sneaking in and being caught only causes 4 guards to spawn, after killing them all it gets stuck, not progressing to the  evaded the guards screen and I have to Alt+F4.
    ------> Edit: Upon successfully sneaking in I was able to go through the normal process of breaking out a prisoner.

    How good is the Noldor Warsword? Analysis of best weapons for knights (POP 3.7)

    I'm curious as to which of the weapons tested are best for siege combat

    Shadow Wolves

    I'm currently doing a playthrough utilizing the Shadow Wolves and I'd say they perform great in the field but are generally mediocre in sieges due to the polearm length. (Haven't tested w/new polearm overhead stab though, don't think it works w/their polearm anyway cause overhead swing). As far as field battles go, when I'm facing an army with a large cavalry force, be it Sarleon, D'shar, Jatu, etc, I place a few trash tier troops like recruits or companions in the front line, I go in with a bow and snipe a low tier shieldless troop, which generally causes the enemy AI to charge. The cavalry get caught up on the trash tier line and get stuck in a big clump, making them very vulnerable to archers and halberdiers. At this point I bring the wolves around the back and send the general infantry to surround the front and the enemy cavalry is completely demolished.

    • Seems that loot is in a completely random order rather than sorted by value as it was previously.
    • Getting spammed with "DEBUG: free space: #" after a battle

    Adding POP "pretty female face" to Floris

    I attempted this modification myself but....it doesn't seem to have worked as intended, to say the least.

    It looks that the mesh itself loaded properly but the texture appears to be stretched across the face as if it were mapped incorrectly. If you have time, can you elaborate on how you got this working?
    What i've done, as of the time of this post:
    • Copied over the files from the facemod into the Floris 2.55 (expanded) module
    • Modified the skins.text file, replacing the "woman 1" section with the one you posted
    • Added the three lines to the module.txt file, under the "faces" section
