Hang on a second, that actually looks genuinely impressive. I mean, the saddle is obviously out of place and the models themselves need some love, but how did you manage to get them rigged and working like that?!
Thanks.
I basically just did this.
Duplicated the human skeleton, resized it and moved it forward.
Then I cut the legs of the human mesh and resized and moved it forward as well. Rigged it to the new skeleton. and mounted him onto a headless horse. Then I created a script that kills a centaur man if he does not have a horse and kills a centaur horse without a man on top.
Still there is a few bugs.
Commanding the centaurs to dismount makes them commit suicide.
Due to the animations the two parts don't always line up correctly.
They don't work well in sieges and inside buildings even though I removed the scene flags that dismount them because things get congested with cavalry on the siege ladders. I suppose this can be fixed by creating new siege scenes. Removing the flags also made it possible to take your horse inside buildings.
The rigging isn't perfect but that can be fixed also.
They also don't have their horse part during character creation.

Yeah, those centaurs look incredible! If you get a better transition between horse/body it will look really fantastic. I would recommend removing the saddles though, isn't it considered rude to ride on the back of a centaur?
Thanks and yeah, that would be the next thing removing the saddle and polishing them up to improve the transition between horse and man.

More screenshots would be nice. What about the map, and other characters?
The world map isn't very detailed yet but there is a screenshot of it on Moddb. I've implemented a few characters but giving personalized conversations takes a long time. The mod also has fauns, minotaurs and giants but they are not as awesome as the centaurs. Dwarves from TLD are in also.
