    When the factions lose all of their fiefs, the leader and their most loyal vassals continue to plague the countryside like a small group of ants. They run around with parties of 0-40 troops and typically siege nothing. You'll see them routinely get captured by bandits and the like. The hilarious part is, you'll almost always be at war with them too.

    Yes I saw that, but, is it intended ?

    Resolved Kingdom Decisions - Can not give myself Settlements/Fiefs.

    You need to vote right after the capture. Other way is to get up to 225 in Trade to Barter fief.

    Yeah 225 is pretty high since Caravan and Workshop dont give any Trade XP, for something you could do as a leader.
    Imagine a face to face consersation :
    "
    Ruler: Hey boyyyy, I wan't to give you a fief since you just joined my Kingdom !
    Vassal: Yeah great ! Thanks !
    Ruler: Wait......
    [a few years later]
    Vassal: What's going on ? You don't find the button to give it to me ?
    Ruler: *exhausted* Nope.... I had to farm some trade XP to give you the fief...
    Vassal: Man... there is no more fief, Khuzait took everything on Calradia ! We are on 2023 !

    There wouldn't be a circumstance when a kingdom would completely vacate otherwise.

    Even without any fief left in it ?
