Seems like multiplayer is the most popular idea, pity didnt get its own option in the poll. 
As much as I love to play the AI, theres nothing better than playing a skirmish with real people.

Thank you talesworlds for releasing such a masterpiece. I just played the full game for over 6 hrs straight... I havent played this serious since .808 and I cant believe this is just with native! i really love the new interface additions and the new animations. The graphics look like its been updated quite abit too with the higher res textures and is running very smooth. Music is great and sounds very epic. Overall  the game now feels very polished and i cant wait to play a bit more... but now i must sleep.. too tired to go on. 

hey I been away from M&B for a long time.. but a RoTK mod is in one of my dream mods for this game... I seriously cant believe someone made one! Thank you very much! I must try this out right away!

...now if anyone is up to the task of creating my other dream mods in my sig.. lol.

ahh ok cool, but alot of the stuff I see in the game resemble what I see from the movies... like the gondor/rohan helms... anyways its all cool, though I feel that it would add more variety.

*edit: just looked at the items_kind.txt file!  heh I think I'll just pass.. look like I'm in way over my head, all just for 1 mesh.  *

Another question... Is there a list or guide where I can find all the heroes I can recruit yet? Having a hard time finding them as an elf... only found Mablung and Ulfas so far.

Is there a Hadafang (Arwen's sword from the movie) looking sword in the game?  I feel that many of the elven weapons dont appear very elvenish.. need more sexy curvy stuff

So glad the patch came out. Thanky. 

Just tested it with about 5 hours gameplay, it's looking pretty good, no crashes but heres what I noticed while playing the elven faction.

- Glorfindel, cannot be recruitable... even though I have gotten about 3 ranks up. He just says something about... "your returning already" and "I want to kill some more orcs" then my character says, "I come back later...." and then dialogue exits with no options. I havent even recruited him lol..
- One of the Elven outposts cant remeber the name(the one by the river closest to moria), its the one with the guy that lets you recruit 5 scouts for denir. Well, after I recruit all 5 of them.. the guy doesnt get any more for recruiting later.
- Dont know if this ones a bug or not...At the moment I seem to get elven scouts for free for recruiting weekly based on my rank or level? If I get the ones from Galadriel I cant get anymore from the other outpost and vice versa? was this intended? I'm guessing it should let you recruit from all the outposts?
- I cant recruit from Gondor/Rohan taverns... only neutral places... again intentional?
- Brigand fort gauntlet mode yields very little money. Maybe 10 denir per kill would be nicer.
- Some of the elven merchants inventory becomes or already is full that you cannot sell to them.
- I think most of the equipment values could use some tweaking fromt the weight, ac, pricing... example, some of the armor are uber expensive and offer very little protection.

Oh well,  is the 751 version still around somewhere? I deleted it... guess I could always go back to it while I wait.

... and it will only get bigger.  

Seriously considering upgrading my box just for this game... its more than 3 years old and I can only dream about having any more than 40+ battle sizes.  

Anyways I hate to ask this, but is that bugfix patch coming soon AW? Wasn't 2.31 supposed to come out yesterday?    There must have been more bugs than expected if it hasnt come out yet...   if that is the case any new ETA for it?

The main reason I want it is because I really want to play a female char, I made an orc, gondor guy so far and as fun as that was for awhile...it's not the same as my old female Gondorian knight.

While I'm waiting on that elusive patch, does anyone know how I can make the female characters available to play? Is it just a text file edit or something? I'm guessing it shouldnt be that hard to do myself if it is...

No no i really dont want to cheat in anyway lol... if i did that I think I would end up cheating alot!
I think it would be better giving us maybe an extra 100-150 denir compared to the 50 or something at the moment.

Anyways jokes aside,

I noticed you dont get much money at the start? maybe you guys can raise starting money by a little, just to help some of us noobs lol. Even native gives us a little more .  I find it extremely tough at the beginning as it is now. All I can afford is maybe 2 or 3 youths making the first battles a nightmare for me. Well, maybe I just suck if so.. I wouldnt mind some tips on making easy cash...

Does anyones custom music work with this mod? I tried adding in some LOTR music like i did with the 751 version but they are not playing now... and yes, I edited the music.txt and I put the music folder in the module folder too.

edit** Strange.. I copied the mp3s back into the core M&B/music folder and now it seems to be working again... I thought with 808 you have to copy to the module/music folder? ah.. oh well, at least it works for me now...cant be bothered trying to figure it out anymore lol. 

I love the way the orcs look , will you give the elves some proper love too in the future? I would like to see their ears, new faces, hairstyles etc... brilliant mod, liking what I' seeing so far.

another question..

Will there be the disarming of weapons? I would suggest something similar to the shield if you parry too much...
