I just wish we Americans were the same way.It would be a better world,or at least quieter.

It got me for a couple of minutes too.I,like yourself,was stupidly looking for a cleary marked link,not the only one without a description.

Played around with the mod a couple of hours and noticed a glaring omission.All NPC's have zero firearms skill.Mercenaries,Swadians and Vaegirs all at zero.

All heroes are overly aggressive. I had one, Zela of the Redas, that actually chased me for around half an hour while I was hunting bandits. Even when at 4% he would charge me, alone and unarmed. I let him go so much I ended up gaining 3 levels and have him at 100 relation now. Finally grabbed him and threw him in my dungeon just to get him to stop. 

The mounted units for the adventurer faction don't actually seem to count as mounted as far as calculating your movement speed is concerned (for the ones I looked at the wages also seemed a little off - doesn't matter in the current implementation, but still).

I captured a bandit leader (I forget the name, started with an L) and a few game days later encountered him again. He actually walked into my town and was simultaneously part of the garrison and prisoner lists. When he left town I captured him (again) and the second disappeared when I added him to the prison (via the drop all prisoners option - can't seem to do it manually). Not sure what caused it but it seems to fix itself upon trying to imprison a duplicate.

I've got a simialar clone bug.During a raid on a bandit camp,Coa Hong(?) and Vala were prisoners there.After the resource caravan made it back to Icengard they were listed as part of my garrison.Later I get scrolling notices that Vala escaped(huh?)I checked but she still was listed as in the garrison.Two days later I rescued her from a major asskicking and recruited her(Relations 70)but she is still listed as a part of the garrison.I lured a bandit group to my settlement and there were two Valas.One with the PC group and one with the settlement group.Sorry no screen.

I live in California,SF Bay area,and can not speak for what's going on in other nations.15 years ago I was an activist working on prop 213.The first "compassionate use"law to allow certain medical patients to use marijuana as an alternate pain medication.The biggest opposition we faced other than the federal goverment,was KING BOOZE,(17 billion$ in profits last year).They funded every opposition group we had to fight.Cristian fundelmentlists,psuedo scientific studies,add campaigns and buying every politician they could find.They were so blatant about it that it backfired in our favor.
A little history,Franklin Roosevelt has just been sworn in,prohibition has been over for a short time.King Booze is back but there is competion.While his majesty had been dethroned many people had found a legal alternative,Mary Jane.Now this little upstart tramp was a problem.Anybody could grow her,she was prettier(fewer acts of violence,no blowing chuncks all over Cristmas dinner to name a few).Some farmers were even expermenting with it as a cash crop.You could smoke the leaves and make rope out of the rest,and frankly,a lot of people had discovered they preferred Mary Jane over His Majesty.
King Booze was not pleased.As any Monarchist can tell you,Kings do not suffer competion.King Booze had powerful friends,though.Men who had made all or most of thier fortunes in the alcohol trade(who cares if it was'nt legal when they made thier money).What's more,these men were very powerful in one of the political parties.So these powerful and rich polticos went to the new president and said"Yo *****!You like these shiny new digs?All the bling and people treating you like your the second comming?Well we paid for it all,and it's time to sread your legs.Get up and dance in front of congress,blow a few senators and get this Mary Jane ho put in her place or the only "New Deal" will be the guy we replace you with.
Thus it was that King Booze managed to cast out his enemy and all was profitable in his realm.His powerful servants became richer,branched out into the other political party and elected thier children as presidents.Even as his cousin Tobbacco's empire began to crumble,King Booze only waxed more powerful.
But wait.
Mary Jane was'nt gone.Despite being made an outlaw(we americans love our outlaws)despite all the poorly made propaganda(Reefer Madness)she and some of her lovers survived.She began to gain popularity.Now she is out of hiding.Last Nov,four more states passed compassionate use laws,bringing the total to 15(?)roughly.In several western states thier is talk of decriminalizing marijuana.
Now I don't advocate the use of drugs or alcohol.I'm not against it either.How you slide on into hell is up to you.Whether(sp?)it be by drugs,booze,listening to country music or playing video games,I don't care.I will not stop you.
I will not help you either.You have to do it all by your self.
Now excuse me.I have to go to the clinic and get some pot.Then I have to go in for my twice a week chemo treatment.I have throat cancer.After the treatments I smoke pot so I don't spend the next twelve hours dry heaving in the toilet.

But I get points back because I cheat on her.

Gymanastics?ha ha ha .I can powerlift,with free weights,320 pds over my head and I weigh in at 225.Not bad for a 42 year old father of three.Lets see you youngsters do the same when you are my age.That's manly.FLEX (and destroys shirt).

I could'nt vote for any of them.They're all to young.Hell,Bulle looks like my daughter(sans wierd makeup)PLlandy at least looks like she's over twenty-one,but she started in on that whole toilet seat thing.Sounds like my first wife(RIP).

Yes... some do... but plenty don't. Lots of European/Asian/Middle Eastern countries wont allow shows like that. Having been overseas a few times and having visited 13 different countries... I've come to appreciate what we have available.

Whoa! Careful with that broad brush there because we'll also have to include shows like Jerry Springer...
which made me laugh at the absurd idiots they put on the show when they first changed the programming. 

I had thought at the time that it was irresponsible to project to the world such a low image of the American
people by having all those rejects of American society on the show…until I realized that those people WERE
the average of American society!
