I could imagine that he will be easier to beat in a fight, either in the first-fight option or maybe when you insult him and fight him and his friends.

On that note, do not insult pub visitors if you don't have good armour and high stats for close combat and one-handed weapons! I discovered this when I tried to take out my aggressions on him after I lost an important battle. Also, I was stupid enough to try again and again and lost every time to him and his two friends. Later I realised that I had a special "quest" that said I was injured and I needed to rest for five days. Also, I went down to Strength 6 and Agility 2. I am still struggling to level up my stats to what they where before... 

Indeed, your own faction will only be called a rebel faction of another nation. I can see that they did this to make it, arguably, more realistic. You the player are no king or claimant to any throne, but you can grab power and rule your own faction as a powerful band of rebels.

Now I have downloaded the files, but the files don't seem to add any files. The files seem to have the same names as the old music files. There are 97 music files, but I had 97 files in the old music folder too. The only difference that I have found so far is that new 97 music files take up 196 MB while the old 97 files take up 262 MB.

What's this all about?

Ah, now I see. The files are named the same, but they have other music.

I chose the Kingdom of Sweden, but maybe I'll try the Republic of Poland instead. I don't know, I will decide when I'm in the game.

Now it works! I just needed to try installing it again after a while.

Steam says that the server can't handle my request at the moment.
