how to make one particular troops use lance on horseback and two handed sword on foot?? I've put those weapons on the troop using troop editor & start new game but it appears the troop only have one kind of weapon only..how to fix it?

I'm trying to specify different kinds of weapon that should be used by unit in different mode (mounted/dismounted).. but why..only one type of weapon equipped...ex. knight use lance when mounted and should use two handed sword when on foot..but they only have two handed sword..when mounted they...
