    Bug report:

    Archers are critically bugged in your mod. It seems after restarting this siege 7 times trying to see what's going on: It's as if once an enemy approach of about 10-30 meters from the archers, almost all archers switch to melee or refuse to use their bows. Cross bows are for the most part fine, they shoot like normally, but archers are broken.

    Fairly similar thing happening in field battles, but since sieges are inherently more close quarter the effect is drastically more noticeable.

    Pictures ingame. Notice: Observe the "combat text": archers use of melee weapon, even tough I give archers command to fire at will. A few archers who are very far from combat some times use their bow, other times they don't.

    Other mods, you'll see archers consistently fire, pressing up against each other on the battlement to get their arrows out, but here they are completely docile and do nothing. I think it has to do with proximity, but I can't say for sure.

    Tournaments give 20 000 if you win it all with full bets. That's pretty massive. 

    You can exploit the game by going to the neutral island. The legendary sword trader sell items for very cheap, and buys item for full price. You can basically trade, and re-enter the shop and trade the same items. Trade, exit, reenter trade. Rinse repeat and you got a whole armory of master swords.

    Don't spec into Trade in this patch, because if you buy the "chest of gems" for 15 000, you'll only sell it for about 500 or so, so I would not put any point in that. The only exception is going to the salt mine. Buy for ~150 and sell it at a town for ~250 which is pretty nice.

I also ran into this a Lannisport.  It is a little immersion breaking. While I was still able to conquer it, I had to resort to exhausting gamey tqctics to make it to work. I love the mod but just think these little quirks would make it better and more user friendly.  Thanks and keep up the good work!
    A couple of tips when you're reporting bugs:

    If you're going to report bugs, I highly suggest that you have to assume the person fixing the problem do no know anything about what you are talking about. They do not sit with the experience you have, and to find it may take more time than it's worth. Some times people report bugs, that actually turn out to be glitch ( one time occurrence, or low probability of reoccurring). If you really want fix the problems, then you have be very specific, split each problem into individual reports, create steps in order for the developer to reproduce the bug, any supplementary pictures with graphics pointing to the problem helps a lot.

    You're not alone. Earlier this year I wrote more or less the exact same post in this thread. Unfortunately, I've not seen anything specific about this in the change log.

    Well, I and some others have reported on it before and I think it's getting fixed/reworked in next patch.

    In theory you're suppose to increase prosperity of your holdings by keeping your fiefs and trade unharmed, build improvements, change culture policy, and from that your suppose to get more cash. It's  Native economy mixed with Floris ( I think that is the base mod used, it's all in the ACOK wiki ). In practice I didn't see much improvement. I ended up giving away 90% of my holdings to Berengar. He became a super vassal with 1000 man army following me around. As ruler I get a cut of his earnings which allowed me to have a stable economy to conquer Westeros. It also didn't harm that I owned business in every town and investments into the Iron Bank.

    I often decrease lord's ability to resupply by lowering the Campaign A.I.

    Doing quests for the attached village will grant a relation gain for the village and castle.

    I got a small question, how do I recruit Ergellon Lancers from Ergellon Castle? I need 10 relations, but all the buildings are already constructed by the A.I. so I can't get relations that way.

    F2 F1 tells your guys to walk towards the enemy position. They won't break their formation.

    I wish there was a sprint button in VC, like the one Silverstag have. With the right abilities you can do pretty powerful charges on foot, resulting in empowered attacks+weapon speed bonus.
