    In my opinion-
    Simply NO Stamina, OR Stamina which you can turn off.

    For the siege engines just make the reload require men and time- this will make it less underpowered- also, AMMO for the catapult. Say like 2-3, max 5 rocks as that will make it less OP. Of course, don't make it Under powered. That would make it just as bad.

    Graphics: just as important the SEEM to be, they are not. Don't expect Crysis 3 graphics, but look at the good things. Seriously, if you can't see the difference between WB and these WORK IN PROGRESS screens, then you are blind, or probably didn't play it in a very long time. I mean very. Remember this is PRE-ALPHA, not just-about-to-be-released-final-beta.

    Finally I really like what is happening with Bannerlord and remember that GAMEPLAY is more important than graphics.

    About Dual Wielding-
    Left Mouse Button- Main Weapon
    Right Mouse Button- Off-Hand Weapon
    Middle Mouse Button (The scroll one)- Block Mode
    That way you can fight easily, just to block press the MMB, rather than just auto blocking by pressing Ctrl or something. Just a suggestion.

    Some rough sketches:

    At a time we were planning nobles/faith troops for the native Calradian kingdoms, but the limitations of vanilla MnB got in the way. In Warband, featuring such units should be no big deal.

    More importantly, Calradians should have their own religious institutions (churches, sects, etc). The Player's choice of religion should influence diplomacy to some degree; ie, Swadian religion could be similar to the SOD religion of 'The One' -> +5 starting relation with Swadia, but -5 with, say, Vaegirs because of religious differences.

    The player should also be able to receive quests from Calradian churches and thus earn relation points with the given Calradian kingdom; ie, hunt down heretics in return of increased relation, renown and some denars.

    Diplomacy should also play a significantly greater role. It should be easy to anger other factions, and sometimes they could/should even team up against you, but at the same time it should also be easier to earn alliance with others. Tributes, trading alliances, peace treaties, military pacts, etc. - all are needed for a good medieval court drama.

    Sometimes Swadians can even get something done by a flash of luck, but they're still fat and lazy. Don't know if it's coded deep in the game but it hardly changes.

    Troop wise, Khergits are terrible at sieges. I cut them down singing "I'm too sexy" and wondering what's for dinner, 'cause there's nothing to be afraid of. If you manage to avoid field battles, conquering Khergits will go really fast.
    Khergits hardly  have any armour at all, and they suck when the fighting gets close and personal
