 I meant to say adopt formats to fit PS4 requirements thats the modders job. And whats the ps4's allowed limit FOR INSTALLED GAMES or something you was rambling about...
Refering to the 2nd comment. The last sentence was the hard drive is suppose to work for that purpose the headass was separate from that sentence... i got post happy... Added no period.
The third comment yeah honestly idont care about mods i just want to see viking conquest working on ps4 they might just do that one and napoleonic separate due to you overloading the set limit of data stored on to the device. Watch matts gonna cheat and make his own network. And man its 2018 somethings just dont make no sense. Make sense of it though. And anything else i need to clarify feel free to ask

Yea honestly i would agree that a limited amount of mods that dev. Approves of. I mean adopt whatever modding they modder did into your program of whatever developers used in the first place how. Big would you say these mods are compared to the allowed limit for downloading or whatever you were refering too
I have no idea what you're saying here, your post is very difficult to understand.
And Mount and Blade need to evolve and have premade characters but they are a little more detailed in story. Maybe a character you feel you just came into the fight at the beginning like lvl 5 maybe even more yeah they'll be creative oh i just figured out they do but they are in custom battle im a head ass iknow but maybe a hard drive can work for that but you can or whoever can make it right to do so or make it possible.
What do characters have to do with anything? How will a hard drive make any of that work? What are you talking about? You're rambling.
This is what i've seen [!]Seagate[/i] 4TB Game Drive for PlayStation 4 Portable external USB Hard Drive (STGD4000400). Are you telling me this data cant be added to the ps4 externally. Maybe ps4 wouldnt want to do it but if you put ya trump card on the table there board meetings might listen to your reason of more raised funds for the efforts. What do i know.... Not what yall experienced know
...Yes, you can attach a larger hard drive to a PS4. You still haven't explained what that has to with modding, or... funding? You aren't making any sense here.

While I have no idea what exactly it would take to allow downloading mods on consoles, I can tell you a couple reasons why it likely isn't worth attempting. Please bear in mind i'm just a forum moderator, and I don't have access to any other information than what's posted here.

    1. Size Limits
Both the PS4 and the Xbox One have limits on the total size of downloaded mods, with Skyrim Special Edition currently having the largest limits, with the XBONE at 5 gigabytes and the PS4 at a miniscule 2 gigabytes. This is a problem when you consider that Floris, easily the most popular mod for Warband, is 1.26 GB for the absolute bare bones version, and the other 2 versions are both over 2 gigabytes.

    2. Permissions
For a mod to be uploaded, either the modders that made it must do it themselves, or give their permission for someone else to do it. Some modders don't even want their creations on Steam, so I can only imagine what those modders would say to putting them up on consoles. Even worse, some mod creators are difficult if not impossible to contact, so getting them to make their mods available or give permission for others to do so cannot happen.
First time on here but this also the first time i heard of a 4 terabyte hard drive for ps4 that taleworlds programmers need to seriously look into because this could lead to more modders being paid for what they do meaning more money for the actual developers to exploit meaning signing contracts with these modders or  those modders signing gaming contracts with ps4. 15$ mod for m&b on ps4 would be not that bad. And come on napoleonic and vikings could have a great impact on the console. Even though one of you programmers said the controls would feel something i forgot what you said but my understanding was less controllable or players not use to the aim due to hours computer play but m&b is totally possible on ps4. And dont promise a set amount to the modders adapt your contracts to a royalty plan. Idk if you wouldn't but If your sales manager or whoever would call the shots on these type of opportunities is a smart and closes loopholes while everyone is conscious about his plans yall can do anything. Theres that texas talk for ya

    Few things.

    1. How are bigger hardrives relevant to modders on console, or modders being paid?

    2. The total size limit of installed mods are set by Sony and Microsoft, for their own consoles, and for two seperate games from another, much larger dev and publisher. It isn't Taleworlds' call.

    3. You can't just "close loopholes and add mods". If it was easy to do, Taleworlds wouldv'e included mod support. It took years for the powerhouse that is Bethesda to get the ok from Sony and Microsoft to include mod support for a grand total of two games, in an extremely limited fashion, and the modding system for Warband is completely different than Skyrim and Fallout 4.

I think i seen a hard specifically for that too but imagine if there is a hard drive that uni-console maybe some type of inside switch when recognized on the xboxone
Again, what? A hard drive specifically for cheats? That doesn't make any sense. A hard drive is just a hard drive. It stores and reads data. That's it.
