I dont know much about computers, but i have an i5 core and iris graphics it says. is that good to play warband on max settings? and does anyone know if that will suffice for bannerlord?

Uhh... i had a look around but i couldnt find the right forum... anyway, i was wondering if bannerlord will be released intially on the consoles along with the PC, or at a later date? As a diehard warband player, i want to get Bannerlord on PS4, rather than my crappy laptop...
