Well it seems the US scene has died out a lot since release day. Even during supposedly "peak" times in the US there are no more 200 player US servers filled up, which is such a shame. The european side of this game is strong and I don't mind playing on euro servers, except melee is horrible at 185-200 ping. Also, shots with your musket are not as "smooth" as when playing with 40-60 ping, so it can be a real headache playing on euro servers. I love this game but it really sucks to not have the same large servers like it was. :/
No kidding. I spent the last 10 minutes being the ONLY person on the official US battle server. two people did end up joining though but the server must have shut down because it said I disconnected and now I can't find the server anywhere on the list.
No offense to the Europeans out there, but I find that most Europeans are dull and just no fun to play with. Not to mention the high pings like you pointed out. No way I'm playing on an EU server >.<
