I had some ideas i wanted to implement into my mod (i had to try what's like to be a moder), but after some time realized that it's not going anywhere.
I think that your mod is currently the best one available for 1.0 (still waiting for TLD

) i might just list a few here.
- make two troop trees for every faction, one ordinary and one "royal". Royal troops could be stronger and restricted to your faction (cannot be captured). As it is now, my army is usually a mix of all factions troops and not a great representation of my faction. Factions choice would have a bigger role. You could make the royal troops really unique (i'm not sure how will it get along with knight orders) and the basic troop tree more generic.
- is it possible to make NPC companion quest which trigger on the game map? like when it happens when you come across NPC's home etc., but with special quest. Just an idea to make your companions play a bigger role in the game.
- to make a bunch of unique locations (noldor town, assasin's guild, heretic church) where some unique troop types or equipment could be attained (by making quests)
- make special requirements for some troop upgrades (for knight orders maybe), like praying in a church to make divine versions of soldiers or sacrifising prisoners (snake cult, heretics)
i'm really looking forward to ver2.0. and I hope any of the mentioned ideas helps just a tiny bit
