    I got the same issue. When I move the mouse down on the vote screen, it says I'm a lord... Checking on the kingdom screen, it says I'm the ruler.
    I couldn't find anything about this change, so I don't think it was on purpose.

    Performance is pretty OK, it's up to the GPU tho. The game is not hard on CPU. I run it on medium/high settings with constant 60 FPS, though I got only 40-50 persons in battles.

    I just found the solution, if anyone got the same error:
    Install .NET Framework 4.8, it solved the issue for me.

    Hello, I bought the game on Steam. When I click on play, I get instantly a BannerLordLauncher error. I tried to run manually from the install folder with admin rights, same error. Any suggestion? PC: i5-3570k GTX 970 16 GB Windows 7
