Flat open land because I mostly use cavalry and they can easily take out 20-30 of the enemy wall in the opening seconds of the battle with a good charge. It also lets me place my archers at the flanks and wail on them across an open battlefield.

Doesn't your renown also play into it? I haven't gotten married yet, but I think that's what the guys who teach you poems said. Maybe if your renown is higher your relationship with relatives doesn't have to be quite as high.

Yeah, cattle driving is a pain in the butt but just make slow, precise movements and if they're moving in a straight line in the general direction of where you want them to go, stay where you are and let them get a little ahead of you so you won't overtake them. If they start to turn, try to get on the far side, so, if they're turning right, get above them and to the right to make them turn left again, and so on and so forth.

DX7 is working for me too. It wouldn't run correctly on any graphics settings on DX9 but now it's running on very high with DX7 and I haven't had anymore graphics glitches or, you know, walked in the sky.

Yeah, running it in DX7 solved my problems. It was in 9 by default and as soon as I changed it I could bump up the graphics and still be alright. Thanks.

Yep, AIT here as well with the same problem...it would be nice if developers would make games that could actually work with video cards wouldn't it? I've got a pair of 4870s in my computer and I'm getting the same issues. It basically is making the game unplayable and I've tried all the graphics settings. Oh well, guess I'll just hang around with a $25 icon on my desktop until they figure out a way to fix it.

It's also determined by how many people you have in your party. If you only have 10 people in your party, you might not be able to eat even one piece of beef before it goes rotten, but if you have 80 people in your party, you'd be able to easily and still need more to feed them.
