    Honestly just jump in and play. It's like watching Lebron and studying his moves before you've even touched a basketball. When you can't dunk the ball on a fast break don't get discouraged.

    Well yes cavalry would be worse in a forest.

    But cavalry with bad AI is pretty attrocious. I'm not sure if the AI takes objects with collision into account (why else would they just randomly run into trees and get stuck?)

    Not a big deal though. I just find it kind of quirky.

    I'm currently not playing due to graphical issues, with an ATI card.

    I'm sure someone will chime in and try to tell me that Taleworlds writes perfect code, and the problem is clearly with the driver, but please note that I'm not interested in arguing with anyone whether the problem is the drivers themselves or the game code calling the drivers. I've tried various versions of Catalyst, and all give me the same issues. At this point, I just want to play the game without experiencing problems somewhere, and I don't ******** care whether Taleworlds or AMD is at fault, I just want them to sort it out together.

    Prisoner Lords after Faction is gone

    So I have about 7 lords from the swadians (including King Harlus) as prisoners. The Swadians have been wiped from the map (as usual)... and it's been a while yet I still have these 7 lords sitting as prisoners. Will they ever get ransomed back or will they just sit here forever?

    I was just wondering when Warband will that *1.011* patch like vanilla MnB. The reason I ask is that since the game is constantly updated it's hard to get all the right tweaks and mods to stick between patches consistently. I'd like for the whole patching thing to calm down before I really get...

    The system used to be: Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum

    This was back in phase 1 of beta. So in that system Gold is above average. But blizzard decided to change the system to make people feel better even though technically nothing changed but the names.

    Gold is average, there are 5 leagues: bronze, silver, gold, platinum, diamond.

    They intended the game to be real time. Pausing and 'reviewing the map' etc. sort of defeats that point.

    Only your realID friends see your real name. There are two types of friends... real ID and normal.

    There's a lot of easter eggs - and far too many of them pertaining to WOW so it's nice to see something different.
