Im getting this same error, Also in Dhirim.

Ymira was my Minister at Dhirim(Which I totally conquered while the Swadians and Nords were duking it out. Nords captured it and it had like 120 defenders, attacked the place with about 50 knights). I thought the bug was related to her maybe, so I replaced her with Nizar, except she disappeared.... And the bug still exists.

So new update, since the new patch all my companions that are now misses are showing up from the Traveller as all being prisoners in Derchios Castle(Which I own).

I'm having this same problem with 6 of my Heroes... its quite annoying...

Ymira: Any orders Maam?

Options;
Me ->  "Make your preparations we'll be moving out at dawn" Ymira: "Yes Madam. We'll be ready when you tell us to leave"
Me -> "Take your time. We'll be staying in town for a while" Ymira: "Yes Madam. We'll be ready when you tell us to leave"

Neither option puts her in the party, and at the moment the party consists of only ME. Gave all my forces to one of my lords as im going full speed, doing missions and such.

So far the only companions I know of that I CAN have in my party, last I checked were Klethi and Lezialat.

Ymira, Firentis, Matheld, Nizar, Deshavi, Bundock wont rejoin the party and all have the same Dialog as Ymira.

Bahestur is serving as my minister or whatever in Dhirim,

Vassals Include: Katrin, Alayen, Artimenner, Jeremus, Marnid, Rolf, and Rafarch(from Swadia I believe). And I would really like to get those others back in my party, because then I can make them vassals and that would give me 6+ more lords to work with on campaigns.

Protip; change the 800 to 720 in the filename and download that then download the upgrade to 800.

I sure hope it is... Btw where is a list of features in Warband? I havent found any on the main site.
