Yup same problem it is definately a bug. They fixed the infinite influence bug by donating prisionares and taking them back, but introduced another bug even worse then the exploit. Now i cant donate prisionares at all, and since ransoming makes no sense since im rich anyway, now they have no use. Please fix talewords

Same thing happened to me. 19 april. Its a game breaking bug, probabely just ruined my save since i cant get out. Must be fixed asap
