Well, first off you have to know that this tweak -and the ones found
here- are for
Vanilla Mount&Blade; the very first M&B, that is. I must mention that while some of the tweaks do work on Warband, others just don't. As far as I know, there isn't a thread in the TW forums about Warband tweaks, so you might not be able to command larger armies without morale penalty on Warband at all.
Anyway, you have three options:
1) Don't do a thing, and play Warband without this tweak.
2) Trying to mess with the .txt files, which might not end well.
3) Download TweakMB, which if Im not mistaken has some tweaks about party sizes and morale. You can find the link somewhere in the forums.
