    Two weapon fightin? (dual wielding)

Might I point out that the vast majority of ambidextrous people are in fact left handed but were forced to learn to use their right hand instead?  Ambidexterity can be trained, but it would take just as much training if not more to do that as to learn to use two weapons simultaneously.  It can be done, but it takes a lot of training.  More importantly, it wouldn't be a great deal of use when you're dealing with people who are wearing plate.

    Two weapon fightin? (dual wielding)

Pandaking, kindly learn to type correctly.  This will make your posts far easier to read.  Thank you.  Back on topic, you're giving Asian examples of dual wielding, when this is a game set in a society based on medieval Europe.  That a Samurai chose to use dual wielding doesn't make it useful in this context.

    Default starting orders

Default should be hold position.  I mean, surely they should wait for you to tell them to charge rather than just do so; particularly when it's infantry v cavalry...

    Ranged Questions.

Can someone that knows about ranged weapons answer to these questions?

What is used to calculate damage in bows/crossbows/axes/javelin ? Where you hit, the armour present, how good the weapon is and for bows power draw; for thrown weapons power throw.

What the speed factor of a bow/crossbow means? That means reload time or it is a dmg bonus? ( i red taht somewhere) Reload time at a guess.

Horse archery reduces the reticule increase when moving on horseback. Does that works on foot ? It would be awesome to run to my enemies trowning axes =D No it doesn't, far as I've been able to tell; it's horse archery, not running archery.

Troops should spar with correct weapon types

    linehand 说:
I think we should choose kit just like we can choose ranged weapon types and mounted weapons.. So we would choose 1 handed (automatically gives shield) 2-handed, or polearm, and then choose the participants.

The participant selection needs to be fixed too, you can't select troops that are too far down in your party list.

To be honest, I don't think sparring should involve mounts, but the option of one hand, two hand or polearm would be good.

Make Your Companions More Than Party Skill Mules

I personally like the OP's idea; gives you a reason camp on occasion.  Far as I can tell, all it helps you do is speed up time by quite a lot, and get attacked with far less warning.

It was probably because not being able to take a 0 damage scratch without flinching is also unrealistic, particularly when wearing armour, in which case the blow didn't penetrate and doesn't particularly hurt.  It should really be a minimum of 1 IMO, because there's a difference between not being able to survive being mobbed and not being able to swing a sword because people are throwing tiny stones at your strong full gothic plated hide; stones you can barely even feel in all likelyhood.

Wounded troops should slow travel speed, right?

Marching is generally faster than normal walking speed.  Besides which, some wounded troops may not be able to walk at all and must therefore be carried, slowing people down.

I fail to see why this should be implemented as a skill since it's already available in the module.ini to edit...
You could even up it when your charcter levels up.

That's exactly threason for adding this into native.
Not everyone knows about the .ini file.
I noticed that only after playing for like half a year.
With a 'real' skill it is more newbie-friendly.

He said as a skill.  He also said that you could improve it by level instead, which in my opinion would make more sense, as your character becomes more and more used to taking a beating.

Well not to mention try moving somewhere and sometimes on even a slight hill your character seems to take a long curve instead of a straight line

I think that's because it's sometimes quicker to go around a hill than over it, and the better your pathfinding, the more accurately the character determines the quickest route.

bronze age britain mod would interest me very much

Why britain? Was british bronze age not very much like other bronze ages?

Maybe he lives in Britain

My history is rather crappy but wasn't the Bronze age considerably before the Roman invasion?  Bronze age Britain wouldn't be quite as interesting as dark ages Britain, IMO, since that's around the time we had the Anglo Saxon invaders and the Viking raiders almost constantly attacking; not to mention Ireland and Scotland being completely independent of England and Wales by that point.  Not much space considering the number of different factions around at the time, which means plenty of competition over resources, and thus plenty of opportunities for fighting.

Back on topic: I'd go with post apocalyptic; if only because I wouldn't mind seeing someone do magazine based weaponry with the current modding kit.

If you want Dark Age Britain try Lord of War 867 by Markus of Land of Eternal Youth by Kolba.

Hmm.  I would, but quite frankly I can't be bothered having multiple installs of the same game but different versions.  I'll have to try it out when the game goes gold.
