    I'd like to make a suggestion you guys should really consider. Like how about getting some admins with a decent IQ would be GREAT. During the RP event Children of The Ossuary, I decided to run in and save someone from cultists after listening to the conversation. After saving the person, the admins, playing as the cultists spawned admin horses and attempted to chase me down. After a while they decided to quit and despawned the admin horse. About a minute later, I was slain. I used backspace and told the admins that I had been slain. They told me that apparently I was  "trolling during an RP". Really? I call BS. Admins just get all upset and when they cant chase you down WITH ADMIN POWERS. They come up with some dumb excuse to punish players. After that I decided to stay calm and tell them what had happened. No reply. After asking if I could get reimbursed many times, I said the RP event sucks and admins shouldn't randomly slay you for no reason. Bam, I get a "you have been kicked from the server" message. WHAT THE HELL!????  :evil:

    I did  not experience anything bad with the  event, lots of ppl did not understand the situation, tho for me it was awesome.
    And i hope you did not just listen and then jumped in and attacked someone witout saying a word xD
    Did some fun things during the event. In the end i only managed to get a whack in the wolfs head with a large iron bar before i lost my face.

    What I liked the most in this mod was being a TW trying to keep controll in town at Valley Of Swamps.
    Witches running amok. Angry knights wanting to execute peasants that dared speak to them.
    Bandits trying to robb ppl, slave traders in the bank, suspicious ppl running around.
    Sometimes setting free prisoners that I taught did not deserve a harsh punishment.
    Preforming public executions!!

    This was only a fraction of what a TW guard had to go trough on a daily basis!

    I agree to this. Life in-game must be worth more, tho making it harder to earn money will just make it into a grind fest that no one really has time for.

    I get robbed/taxed all the time but I can't remember the last time i actually got killed for it, I give them the money, and if I don't have enough I tell them that and they always lower it, I had one lower it to as little as 20 denari (i had only 50, lol).

    Really.. it takes 5 min to get 4000 denari if you go to a mine, I can offer those 20-1,000 denari ppl want to tax me for, hell i even gave 20,000 denari to an outlaw that cursed me, to cure me again..(He did not ask for the money i offered it as a secondary cure... the primary cure was to become the most renowned warrior in the land..)

    I agree to this.

    Yes ppl should keep sums within reasonable levels and just tax/robb more often instead.

    Look at this madness....

    This looks like another case of Mount & Blade Syndrome : As soon as there is the slightest friction between players, the subjects eyes roll back into there head and they start screaming and waving there weapons like crazedmen uninterested by the events taking place around them.
    In this stage the person is uncontrollable and will not respond to human contact.

    The only way to deal with it is to humanely euthanize the subject before it spreads to the other infected, that has of yet gone into the second stage.

    90% of Mount & Blade players have it witout knowing.

    If you notice someone acting strangely/aggressively and/or awfully quiet and/or waving there weapons in the air against a phantom enemy outside of training grounds.
    And can't controll him/her self in combat situations.

    Please do the right thing and Humanely euthanize this subject.

    300 healthy men and women die each day from this.

    The new alpha

    I think of it more like an FPS-RTS than a deathmatch.

    The desires that the ppl have to get better gear and power makes them help each other and/or form a temporary trust pact.
    These ppl come together in factions and strive for the the same goals, struggling for fame and fortune while surviving in an harsh environment.
    The ppl that dose not join factions has no one to trust, no one to help them from looters or ppl witout goals that just mess around. And will get "randomed" a lot

    Factions battle over the low amount of iron, and trade with each other, and hold key strategic points on the map.

    I think this map that is currently played in v4 is amazing.

    It feels more like you don't need to RP as much anymore.. the game mechanics is kind of doing a lot of it for you.

    That admin that had full admin stuff on, as long as i was online he was only observing things and not doing anything special.

    Ppl were making jokes like "admin aboose!". So that's maybe why?

    This! My friend and i was attacked while mining as serfs by this admin as well, we tried to get him kicked but then it turned out he was the admin... we would not have mind it at all if he had at least had a dialogue or not ignoring my friend when he tried to talk to him but instead got murdered witout hesitation.

    Ha ha, like this morning then.. I log on, I spawn as a serf I take 2 steps, I see 2 knights from the Roman Empire that instantly charges at me, one hit me in the shoulder, I run and hide under a bridge for 15 min cause i have a butter knife as weapon and no cash.
    I found a sword and a shield bit later and was gonna sneak up on a Roman knight from behind and murder him but the server restarted.

    I can't really agree on the amount of skill that is needed for two fully armored Knights VS Serf

    I don't mind this kind of gameplay but there should be some way for freshly joined players not to become freekills for everyone with a weapon.

    I would be more than happy to give an outlaw some money if he robs me... the problem is they don't say a word.. they run up to you with the weapon over there head and don't even try to rob you, just kill me every time.
    To get those 200 denari that drops from my corpse? when i could with ease pay them at least 500-1000 just to let me live?
    It is just bad RP in my opinion.

    Assassins Issues

    This assassin thing is really getting out of hand, it was almost unRPable this morning... One guy kept putting hits on everyone.

    There were more assassins than other people..

    Someone should make an Assassin's hand book.

    And this one assassin tried to kill me and got killed by a Templar and then respawns and shoots me in the head in a RP-scene 5 min later,
    and I asked why he broke NLR and he says that since I didn't kill him it didn't count,
    even if I was watching him getting killed on the bridge, its okay to come back and continue attacking me?
    I don't understand this logic.
    Maybe if he got ressurected as an undead archer? I doubt that...  :lol:
    Or I would have accepted it if it was another person.. not the same guy...

    My advice would be....
    * Don't create a ban repeal thread.. Its a drama bomb.
    * Admins should not admin and play at the same time. It never works out...
    Either you admin or you play as a normal player. If you are in the mind set of an admin and you get killed/attacked by that someone you do not like, your admin skills will be compromised by emotions and would cloud your judgement.
