I think dragging it behind your car and then sending the video to ATI to show them how you feel about their product is an appropriate use.

In all honesty though I think that ATI cards are fine products, they just don't have the support that Nvidia ones do.

A good archer will beat a good crossbowman...user?  They can shoot a lot faster and dish out quite a bit of pain.

Vaegir Marksmen got nerfed pretty hard for 1.003 and up.  They were absolutely brutal in .960 (earliest version I played).

I have to say though, I now think that Rhodok Sharpshooters are the best archery unit in general.

I'm not saying that Swadian Knights don't work.  They do generally kill them with a high degree of efficiency.  Fighting Khergits can take so damn long though.  Even with my character focused entirely on horse archery, they can spread out across every part of the map and it's a pain in the ass to ride around killing them.

I've found that hero's tend to be incredibly stupid when it comes to horse archery.

9 times out of 9 they will charge straight into the enemy ranks while shooting at them.  They promptly get slaughtered.  Even if you tell them to follow you while you shoot the enemy they just can't resist the warm embrace of the enemy's axe in their face.

Just give your hero's a good two hand weapon and maybe a lance and shield and let em have at it.

Cheating right out of the gate is lame.  Once you've put dozens or hundreds of hours into a game, cheat the ever living **** out of it.

Cheats can add longevity to a game, but really only after you've played quite a bit legitimately.

Perhaps everyone in Calradia is an expert blacksmith?  They just manufacture all their own stuff...while they walk...or ride a horse.

Don't nitpick this, it's a stupid thing to argue about.  Having to carry around 4 shields or 5 extra things of arrows would be stupid and wasteful to you as a player.  The game is meant to be fun and it is.

If you're going to argue about pulling things out of thin air, where the hell do your troops get their equipment?  You're out marching around miles away from civilization and they magically get chain mail when you upgrade them.  Do your knights tame wild horses that they find...?

I found one of the best ways to wipe out khergit armies is to raid their villages.  As long as you don't mind the huge reputation hit.

They'll come riding over and then in their infinite wisdom charge you on foot.  As it has been stated before, Khergits suck ass on foot and should be easy pickings for almost anything.

If I recall your troops stay mounted, so...

Rhodok Sharpshooters have worked quite well for me.  They do enough damage that they can easily kill the bastard's horses.

Do NOT use other cavalry against them.  This only leads to them spreading across the entire map and your expensive swadian knights getting killed.

I modded my guy to get rid of all the intelligence based stats like surgery and wound management.  Taking a month to heal fully isn't any fun.

I also modded tracking, spotting, and path finding because lets face it, moving at 2.4 with 20 guys isn't any fun.

I wouldn't go so far as that.  Actual storms would be nice.  If we could get storms like they have in STALKER, that would be awesome.  I have a feeling that isn't going to happen though.

I would be happy if the chance for there to be any weather effects would be higher.
