The Swadia Sergeant is walking around the camp looking for his Lord.
-Here you are Sir, good morning.
-Hi my First Sergeant, how is it going today?
-I am fine, Sir, congratulation for you promotion as Marshal of the Swadian Armies.
-Thank you my good man, I was waiting for this for quite some...

After hundreds of hours spent on this game, I know what's really missing imo: a rewarding exploration feature.
Let me explain: we have a huge map, dozens of villages and cities but nothing else to do outside of them except fighting and travelling.
To improve the gameplay, we could have to...
Indeed, the map needs much more places like bandit camps, harbour, mines, monasteries, etc. But unlike the villages, cities and castles, they have to be spotted before they appear on the map (high tracking/spotting capacities required).
Actually, there are no need for new animations, make it simple: a random map with a campfire, a couple of tents and the enemies are already in the place fighting with our party.
I often set up a camp during the night to let my party heal. So often, a bunch of looters/bandits/deserters tries to attack it. But it's always the same kind of combat: both sides coming at each other like in any fight.
Instead of this, we could have a map with a camp (tent, fire, sentry...
i actually find trading rlly good, only problem is that towns never have enought money to buy your stuff. i bought 30 spice all at once from some khergit town for 150each, not i'm walking around from town to town trying to sell them with my inventory half full...maybe i should just buy alot of books.
When you sell very expensive goods, don't forget to buy armors, horses and weapons for your party. So you can sell much more without travelling to another town.
