    Combat Speed

    how to make a third person talk in a conversation?

    i tried 4 instead,but still not work.
    and i think when the player encounter a party in the map,they jump to the scn_conversation_scene,
    we can find sth related in the module_game_menus.py:

    here we can see it's used for overriding the visitors' helmets in the scence and i find 32 entry points here.so i think No.0~31 all exists.
    and i notice the entry point 0 and 17.and when i meet the lord in a castle,they also use these two entry points,one is the first entry point,one is the first in the Other party

    so i tried 4,11,21,but all failed.

    finally...in my new bulit mod,it works rightly.i really did sth wrong in my old mod unconsciously
    and what's strange is,in my old mod,the undead have no hair and beard.
    but in my new mod,they have.
    and i'm not quite used to this :wink:

    i think i'm sure enough that i did every step...
    well,i will try it on the original module system and bulid a totally new mod later,why i didn't try this method before is because i didn't do any changes about skins or sth except adding this undead troop on my mod,cause i understand nothing about these.umm,maybe i make sth wrong unconsciously
    sigh...let's see what will happen....

    also, look in the ini file of your mod and search for:

    limit_hair_colors = 0

    change it to

    limit_hair_colors = 1

    That worked for me.

    i make sure i do every step right as it is mentioned in your post,
    then the hair color problem fixed,but the face texture clashing still exists(the first picture i showed).

    u may wait for several hours or just to kill one more troop of river pirate,and then have a try.maybe it works.

    yes,you'll get their weapons after you defeat them several times.

    the entrance to the cave is IN the village,after you have a conversation with the elder,you can walk around and concentrate on looking for it,then you'll find it.
    when i first played this mod,i took nearly two hours on looking for the entrance,i'm sure you can do better than me. :grin:
