I can't download this file, or any previuos. Download keeps crashing at aprox. 120MB-130MB downloaded (of 155MB). Is there posibility to upload file on different server?

I'm not sure if someone reported this...
Every few days my town (not my factions town) and some of my villages shift prosperity for poor to average and in the same moment from average to poor.

When I want some other faction leader to join me in war with DK, I don't have option for them (just for native factions). Is this bug?

When I fight, and I'm winning battle, enemy falls back.
It would be a good thing that they all take some high ground or forest etc.
Now, they just fall back to end of map and stand and wait someone to kill them. Maybe this is just a bug.

MOD scenario is, in some moment DK shows up and attack one or two factions. And, later they all declare war on DK.
I, have my own faction, and DK showed up and declared war to me (although I wasn't near them - Swadia, Nord and Rhodok are  ) and Swadia, and since then they didn't attack anyone else.

I have a similar bug. Sometimes during night hours number of troops in my party jumps, but when I look at contex menu of party, number changes back.
Probably some reminent variable (maybe from debug) in some loop; hope this helps

Well that is just suggested way for thinking; brainstorming.
Anyway, in past that was just the way things were happening. Villages in beggining had militia, and in time become more independant. So Nobles should be careful, etc. Hardly that lords defended villages. They only used them for tax, or as excuse for wars, or...

Another suggestion:
DK for example start in 150th day. It would be fun if one DK lord spawns (as scout) in 75th day and next 30 days just hitting random lords and villages, and suddenly dissapears.

Well, these are just suggestions. You always can find excuse not to accept such suggestion.
I, myself, am software developer too, although business related software. And, i'm aware what absurd or "hard" demand could one have.

I play this as relaxation after work. MOD is one of the best. Although, something is missing surely.

Great MOD

I have some suggestions. Some of them seems to be hard to implement, but its worth suggesting.

1. What is the purpose of having prisoners and only selling them to ransome broker?
I think there should be for example option:
  a. to let them go (choose whom you are letting go), and they become some wondering band on map
  b. let Lord go, improves relation with him; You grant him some army, and he continues playing on map
  c. recruit that unit, or execute it, or if Lord escaped demand ransom for these units;
  d. demand ransom in case of Lord
  ...

2. Villages should have some militia.
a. simple recruits, that upgrade ih they succesfully defend themselves
b. lowest cavlary if having Horse Ranch
c. lowest archery if having Palisade, and also palisade should be on map.
d. some better sword or spear units if having Distillery
...

Great MOD people. Playing it since 1.011.

I have couple of issues...

1. After I conquered castle and took it for myself, I filled it with some troops. After that I gave that fief to my vassal. Since then that castle isn't filling with new troops, only it's lord is recruiting new for himself.
On the other side, if I give it to my vassal as soon as it is conquered, it seems everything is ok.
I don't know if this is designed behaviour or bug. 

2. I granted my companion a fief, and he became my vassal. After that fief is lost, my vassal "betrayed" me, and joined another faction. Later I met him, and had option him to rejoin me. He rejoined me and I made him my vassal again.
