    I have the same path and ran it as administrator changed my name and banner and than relaunched the game and it switched it back.

    I'm in a regiment which recently promoted me and switched our banner. Whenever I leave NW it changes my name and banner back to the previous one. So my name is when I leave the game [79thCH]Fus_Gaddafi and when I launch the game my name it changes to [79thCH]Gren_Gaddafi and changes the banner...
