This troops spawning behind shieldwall line completrly wreck whole battles if AI or I move behind my spawning point.

For me after some riding by other faction (after few years) it unblocked - but not sure if that was a reason.

Same happens to me - got battatania castle - beeing under strugia. No new recrutis in villages connected to my castle.

I think got one.

Playing fresh 1.7.0. Received castle Uthelaim castle - and since then I've checked village for new troops but none are replenishing.
I've disabled/enabled recruting to castle garrnison but no effect. Nothing recruited to it. And in village are present only few troops that are outside my relation range to recruit. Nothing new shows up.

Why they can't post patch notes like normal game developers ><.
