I like the idea, the reputation with local should be enough reward with the village working again faster !

You and your compagnons not counting as troop for the quest i think.

I play mostly turn based strategy, and i find very very hard to use command while playing, i usually just F6 and hope for the best because i'm not a action players ^^ i would find that very usefull, can make that a option in start game and call that a easy settings for noob like me !

What about paying wage with 1 influence, since you not in charge of the city you losing a little influance there !

I would like more random skill generation on compagnon, even more like compagnon lvl 1 so i can lvl them, and i hope they add a search feature in N tab for skills, so more easy to find the compagnon you looking for.

its unfun actually, make peace work only with your faction, not as a vassal under a leader, i hope they add diplomacy council where you can suggest a war to vote or a peace !

Hope they put better anti-snowball effect like make siege take longer, and better I.A on defense. maybe a bonus for troops on your mainland country but remove I.A cheating for recruiting, respawn with troops, and Teleporting army...... its just awfull !

And make a new upgrade on castle where Jail is not a joke for lord to escape !

All clan chould be in the choice, actually now the choice not make any sense.

I just got vassal title, have done nothing at war, and kings give me a castle even i not voted, than later on, i have build a big 1000 men army, destroyed 3 army, siege a city, take that, and killed few lone army after the siege who attacked me, and i'm not even in the 3 for the city, and i have 92 reputation with the kings.... just what the hell !

Food spoiling, Armor & weapon decay, the 2 things i hate so much in any games !

Well easy fix for these bad quest like feud familly would be a little incrase in reputation and a lower drop on reputation on other side, so when you do the quest on both side you end a little in positive in both town ! but right now these quest is pointless and the most common, some town never get any quest too, i hope they improve that and make more quest too.

Agree 100%, so much wars at the moment, no time for anything else ! and no wars right away at Day one, start wait a few week at least !

I would put Diplomacy at top 1 !

It's really boring when war start to only doing that for month and month, and cannot leave your City at border because every 2 week a army comming, so you cannot do anything but recruit around and wait next army, in my game i already stoped 7 army to my single city and its no fun !
