I remember having some issue when I very first got the game years ago, and eventually gave up on any effective replies from their customer service team, but got a reply from a random person who told me some fancy way to reset everything properly in the game. I can't remember what the process was. I just want it to work, so if they'll refund my money, or even just give me a code for ps5 or something, then I'll play it on console

Hello, I have had a different ticket open for some time now relating to a different crash. How do I find the "Crash ID"?

I sent a screenshot of the crash uploader thing on my ticket, but it doesn't tell me anything.
