I'm not sure, but the bows with the larger power draw requirement seem to have a flatter trajectory. So the war bow seems to fire along a flatter arc than the longbow, making it easier to aim over distance. This might just be determined by Bow proficiency, though :/

Do you think that the chance of an item appearing at a vendor, or as a reward from a battle, would be determined in the item_kinds file?
