    I dont have anything against you personally Strider but in this instance you deserved the slay.

    A commoner comes by, uses a club and slaps a dismounted horse standing around and walks on.
    You got off your horse and killed the man on the spot, he walked backwards trying to block your swings with a flag yet you greatsworded him dead.
    I found this a case of either randoming or extreme bad roleplay.
    You killed the guy without a word.. I mean..

    You seemed not to understand how killing someone without one word is randoming thus I showed you what your RP is all about... Kill Kill Kill..  :roll:

    Gerard overall, At first you seemed like a good roleplayer and a fun guy...
    But more and more your on the edge of clearly breaking rules and bad roleplay.

    I think this temp ban can be considered as a good warning. Revise your roleplay, especially your willingness to grab the sword.
    Most problems and conflicts within the game can be solved without grabbing a sword and generally there is already so much killing going on its better to show a good example.

    Also your roleplay itself, getting new spawned peasants into slavery is pissing off a lot of folks not only the ones getting into this slavery thing, and your willingness to kill them when they they try to resist in any way by roleplay or whatever. Plus the constant problems around you, people see you slaving people and tend to just take your life, or got slaved before and backstab you which ends up in you raging about a random and me having to investigate for the 27328 time.

    I don't want to offend you but I just wanted to suggest to maybe change your roleplay because I don't think its adding towards a better roleplaying experiance on the server.

    I'm sorry Corndawg I did not read your post properly for that I do apologize.
    And that is exactly what the resolution is... Temp bans last for 1 hour and its over.. So all is thrown out.
    Everyone learned his lesson by now in this topic..
    Besides the original complainer never replied so lets just leave it here.

You kept on moaning that I had told you I had robbed the place and should be allowed to kill me.
    She and I tried to explain why I shouldn't of been killed but you went on and on not understanding why the ramp shouldn't of been lowered then you rage quitted.
    Emma didn't do anything wrong really maybe she should of asked me why I wouldn't lower the bridge but she sorted it out when she knew what happend.
    In fact I think Emma is a good admin she has helped me out when I have RPed.
    (By the way before that incident I had robbed every other castle without getting caught that's why I got mad a bit cos it would of been 4 out 4hhehee The Blue Hand strikes again Mahahahahahaaa)

    Well yes, I got about 892 cries on global from 2 people, and Stefanie on admin chat, saying some bastard locked down the stone castle and nobody could go in, I tped to the guy in question which was you, I got your name from the king standing at his closed down gate.

    You were running away and I acted maybe too fast, I said to you, Don't lock down castles please and continued to open it.
    Arbiter Vyrion rushed in as described and killed you which was a bad form of randoming in my opinion because of the circumstances.
    Like Gwain just said, we numerous times tried to explain Vyrion but he wouldn't listen.. In the end starting to insult me which was the final drop.

    A temp ban was a good 1 hour time-out for him.

    Now I vote this topic to be locked.

    Setting the grammar nazi aside,
    I do think that I have mistaken you for somebody else than if I didn't kick you before,
    My apologies for it, Then I should have temp banned you for your randoms and ill support any unban request as such (there is a topic for that).

    However, Your plain randoms were not excusable, and you should think twice before plainly ignoring a admin and then starting to randoming a faction, for whatever reason you had was totally NLR because you my friend, actually passed away by those same people.
    I do understand that this Viking faction was a bother to everyone, they were taxing some entrance to commoner town sales and it was pissing off everyone.
    I didn't catch all of that nor your supposed occasions of getting randomed, due to me being first AFK, doing some uni work and then on the phone with some family issue.
    Which deemed me impossible to help you guys with any situation that was unfolding, and beyond my knowledge I was the only admin left on the server.

    I understand that when you get randomed or killed a couple of times, and you feel like the admins are not helping you, you start taking things in your own hands, but i was just returning to clean the mess up and then giving out several warnings in announcements that should take care of things, however you deemed it necessary to ignore those warnings, and even say in local chat you would ignore me. And start breaking rules. Which changed you from the victim to the one that is the bad guy.

    In general, Don't take matters in your own hands, leave it to the admins to figure out and if their not around, make reports with proof about your troubles.

    If you do your job as a player and not break rules yourself, that would mean I can actually focus my job on the real problems in the server..

    1) Good enough, how much time you think you can be without complain in a 60 people server ? Give an estimate of time :
    If everything is calm, about once every 10-20 minutes, When wars are going on, lots of activity, a lot of outlaws roaming around it could go up to about once every minute till 5 minutes.

    2) First complain ! Do not want damn ... Should you go in black armor or in invisible to see what going on ? Explain why, and when you should use these 2 possibilities.  
    Get off your admin horse, Depending on the request put on normal armor and talk to the people involved. It usually comes down to a guy gets killed and calls for help, you TP to him and you stand on his corpse with the killer waving his weapon around, This gives you the perfect opportunity to ask him what happened and any other witnesses, Witnesses are most important because if you did not see the kill they are the only ones you can trust in, never the killer nor victim cause both of them could be lieing, also one witness is not enough, and test the stories.
    If people however say stuff like: HES TAXING ME, I would go invisible and check it out, Maybe hes asking too much, or it is all within the rules, Ill observe it and intervene when that is needed or tell the complainer you saw it and it is all within the rules.


    3) Ok so it's seems that a dozen commoners are fighting at each other at spawn. Using knife and hatchet they seem beginners.

    What you do and why ?
     
    Put on my trusty admin armor and use capital letters and Shift for a local shout basically saying: "ALL STOP THE FIGHTING NOW!"
    Next, move your own body in between the people involved, making them hit you, which usually makes them stop, then try to talk to them.
    If they run away freeze them. Their new, so they have no idea what they are doing.
    Explain them a bit about gathering resources, and about killing rules, also tell them to read the rules and so on. then release them all go invis and watch what happens, if one starts randoming again freeze him, talk to him, divert him to the forums and then do a temp ban, to stop him and give the opportunity to read the rules.


    4) next complain, miners are getting robbed by outlaw at iron ore selling zone. What  you do and why  ?
    Go invis and watch it, It is probably all within the rules, Watch the amount their asking and if they are attacking everyone that did not see their messages and runs through.


    5) It's even seems that one of the miner is a girl who is doing a ******* as "taxe fee". What your reaction as admin on it ?
    You roll over the floor laughing (that was me :p)
    If your a admin supporting the role play, you could comment on her by private admin chat that its a great example of roleplay.

    6)   One of the miner refused to pay and tried to flee. He get killed. He complain for RDM to you. What do you do ?
    Tell him in private admin chat that you saw it happening because you were invis there and that they did demand gold from your person and you ignored and fled, resulting in your death within the rules.

    7)   The said miner farmed and get back as heavy knight and insta-stab the robber without any talk or RP. Now this outlaw is complaining. The outlaw was still robbing miners at the moment he get killing what do you do ? 
    TP to the knight, ask him to stop. If he doesn't freeze.
    Explain him about breaking the New Life Rule, What it is and how it works, and even explain him that if nobody of them died and it was just a occasion of them robbing and your a knight that you can't just run in and kill them. You have to roleplay, for instance demand that the outlaws leave and stop robbing or you would take their life. Roleplaying as in always leaving the other lad a option to not fight, for instance paying, for instance leaving.. you name it. Roleplay.

    8 ) People keep coming on server, and you are now flooded of asking from players
    - 2 complaints for randoming
    - 1 complain for TK inside a faction.
    - 1 guy who don't know where is the outlaw spawn.
    - Another deathmatch at the spawn.

    How do you react, at what order do you resolve these complaints ?

    Run towards the spawn either by teleporting to the complaint or use the admin horse if you have no idea who is at the spawn.
    While going there or while talking in local to the deathmatch guys, Talk in admin private chat to the guy searching for outlaw recruitment station and tell him there is none on this map and it will be fixed next version.
    Then talk in private admin chat while still following the conversations about the deathmatch in spawn and working the people there also tell quickly to the faction that your busy and will be with them in a sec, after handling the deathmatch properly and everything there is calm, go to the faction guys and investigate this TK.

    9) A big faction is obviously overrunning all others with twice more members and a very agressive leader. 
    You receive complain of it. What do you do ?
    Go invis and investigate, talk to some people, get information.. are they randoming? what is happening?
    Are they just warring a small faction of 5 members for the fun of it and keep killing them at spawn? all these factors have to be investigated.
    If you do see rule breaking going on, best you could do is TP to the faction leader, tell him what is happening and what his members are doing, he can use faction chat with shift to spam them warnings though faction chat which is very efficient to get his men in line, if stil some problems arise with members, talk to them directly and punnish/warn/ explain rules accordingly.

    10) The said faction doesn respect the surrendering rules and is massivly spawn killing during the siege. At least half of the 20 members are involved. What do you do  ? 
    TP to them in admin armor and start freezing people, shouting in local about surrendering rules, protecting the guys getting randomed by freezing more guys if nessisary.
    People usually just dont know. If you freeze a few and start explaining surrendering rules it will get calm quite fast and just unfreeze the guys and suddenly the CAN take prisoners..
    Best to stay there with admin armor on so nobody tries anything funny.

    11)   While you solve these conflict an commoner take your admin horse. What do you do ? 
    Use admin chat private to him and demand him to get off or he would die.. If he does not comply there is no other way then to remove the horse and fade him to nothing.

    12) A massive TK occur in a faction. A guy killed 2 others. After investigation, they all claim to has been attacked first.   
    Chat log :
    Faramir : They attacked me first to steal my horse.
    Boromir : No you did first
    Golum : Boromir is right, he attacked us first.
    What do you do ?  
    There is no real way to know who is speaking the truth, probably gollum and boromir are friends, maybe its even true their stealing the horse and now are covering each others backs.
    Faramir could be lieing about that as well so overall what you should do is split them up, A teamkill does not drop gold so there is not much loss, make people friendly towards each other, talk it out is always better then having people hate each other and try to break NLR later.

    13)  It's seems that a randoming just occur not far from you. The victim doesn't complain and the murderer take the gold. What do you do ?   
    Ask the murderers about the kill, why it happened, do the same in private admin chat to the victim, it might not be a random at all, maybe he asked for it, you have no idea! but asking wont hurt.

    14) Outlaw has raided a castle of a weak faction and killed everyone. The lord complain and the Outlaw claim they were just going for the chest. What do you do ?   
    Go in and get information from difirent people, overall, explain the outlaws that running in with a group of heavy armed knights and start to steal, when attacked by one member starting to kill all their members including their serfs is completely rule breaking and raiding and then punish accordingly, this usually results in a kick or slay and returning their dropped gold towards the victims of said raid.

    15)  Obviously the same pack of commoners is running around near the spawn town. They seems to not have farmed since a while and don't really know where to go, they never talk. . What do you do ?
     
    Go invis and follow them, watch for rule breakings, and if so explain them you warned them before and this is their final warning about randoming/robbing too much whatever.
    If severe rule break a temp ban would be needed.

    16)    Are you considering players as kiddies in  kindergarden or as full grown men ? Explain.
    Their all kiddies, By god. Just imagine your in a class with 2387092 children and 9 adults, and thats PWmod for ya.

    11)  Willing to be game master ( take up event, become a NPC trader, foreign lord , heretic cultist ? ) and prepare and run RP event ?  Why ?  
    Hmm, Sometimes, I'm usually having my own small scale rps with a few people which I like. I can do tournaments and so on, I'm quite good at that.

    12) Willing to help us and suggest modification of the rules/map/vote for new admin ?  How you may help the team ?  
    Always willing to help and you can ask me anything, I'm quite experienced with admining PW and servers.

    13)  Willing to help new players to find basic stuff, farming, how to RP, main place, and take time to help them ?  
    Of course, that is the main point about admins, not just punishing bad guys, explaining new people about the game, and about roleplay.
    A lot of roleplayers get scared away by they do not understand how it works, explaining will keep them with us.

    I was on the phone during that time, whilst others were spamming me with admin complaints aswell I thought Optimal and Goodsmurfin were on taking care of things.
    and I had pushkin trying to RP me aswell which diden't work out at all.
    Overall you spammed too much in the admin channel and I couldn't do anything because i was quite occupied. If you  actually watched me you knew I was not RPing at all.

    You forget to mention here that this rebellion against the vikings was happening, It was about to start a big randoming galore of commoners and outlaws against the vikings, I stopped my phone call to take care of the mess.. I started announcing about warring rules, commoners cannot start a rebellion against a faction and so on... At some stage they started their faction, declared the war within the rules and started to fight with the vikings.

    You and Legendary_Silverr I was watching still because of your complaints, you two went towards the viking faction, the same guys that supposedly randomed you but i had no real time to investigate due to the randoming galore with the commoners vs vikings..
    I was invisible to look what will happen and if your complains about what they done were true.. Although I have to say, the RP you did with Silver about this was not okay.
    Before it all happened, I announced: "Commoners and outlaws cannot merc for a faction they have to join them"
    In which case Silver replied: Ignore the admins their not helping us anyway, and you replied something along the lines of, "Ok"
    While walking towards their faction castle you said things like sniping them and so on once you sneaked in.. and i think once you saw my shadow said: ofcource RP it.

    Then it unfolded, silver started randoming the vikings as a outlaw and i permed him on the spot because i kicked him before for randoming and he was warned due to the announcement and said in local that he on purpose ignored admins..

    You however, that was together with silver all the time, and had problems with the vikings before, got attacked aswell, although you backed away with shield raised, in my opinion i think the vikings had more then enough reason to attack you because you two seemed to work as a group and it seemed to me that you were actually fighting..

    Yes, you take it out of context, You two were all about breaking the rules, sniping the vikings when you were not even in this faction that had a war with them, you  were normal outlaws.
    Then after all this was said, I think you saw my shadow of invis and quickly said "RP it ofcource". Which I commented on as well that wont save you from claiming they randomed you. because you had trouble with these guys before, and died, it was also close to NLR breaking to try to get close to them, sneak in their castle and "RP sniping them??"
    That is why i responded quite agitated.

    You fail to mention here that the guy, when I talked to him explained he came by boat and proved that to me, also he told me he did not raise the bridge. and that he was sorry if there was a misunderstanding, I told him ok.. and I lowered the bridge.. you came in and were like HALT HALT YOUR UNDER ARREST.. I followed this RP invisible because I was interested in what would happen.
    He then walked for 10 meters until you said halt a couple of times more, he then stood still looking at you, i think he was typing, he stood still for a good 10-15 seconds, in either case, you started to move next to him with your horse then run back into him with your lance, instantly killing him, to me this was pretty random because he did halt and so on and he was probably typing, for this random I warned you and gave the died outlaw his stuff back, although it did end up in you arguing about he stole from you and told you IC about it.. which might be true but gives you no grounds to kill him in this way. Also you kept claiming he did not halt.. but he did after another 10 meters and he was def standing still for a long time when you did kill him for no real reason in my opinion.

    Your complete ignorance and failing to listening to my reasoning why it was a random made me gave up on you, I told you two guys to separate and stop fighting over it, and made it clear that you were in the wrong here for killing him. Next I see you walk away and in public chat starting saying bad things about my adminning, after all that i found it necessary to remove you with a temp ban and thus to teach you not to slander the admins. We get so much **** thrown at us you have no idea. Yours is not welcome.

    Criticism? I wouldn't call  "What a bad admins here, especially that Tiger" good criticism.
    I don't know where you get this out of context stuff.. You try to make a point but you bring up no example as where I did this. unless you mean the sniping the vikings incident which I think were not in this way at all.

So new life and at the walls i walk down.So as a faction leader i began to scan the area of people or my men, as i turn around i see a lot of horses and swords  around the keep,So i decided to inspect what was happening and why there were many swords. (Is this not a respectable reason to go in as a new life?)As i get in i saw two people(Emma and Crazy Horse) talking and as i look up i see someone and was thinking who is it ? Since i can't see his name and as i go up -boink- hit by a morning star (Without a word) I Couldn't even pull a hello! or a what are you doing here? My problem was Emma was in the room and you know what she did? Nothing. Nothing at all. So i came back and ask her why didn't you do anything about it?(She was done with crazy horse by this time) She says i have broken NLR twice.So i tried to explain how i did not break NLR and he did by smashing me without a word.As i was trying to explain she wouldn't stop talking about  how i did it and etc. I couldn't even talk at all.While i was trying to talk she was even helping the thief break into the chest (Since it was glitched somehow.It wasn't since he had to break it first)So Feng walked in and saw the conversation asked her to try and listen.And She responds by saying she can take care of herself?When she finally stopped talking and get one word in. i get the old Don't care, bull****, good bye.This is really not how a admin should act. Before this i was having a good time with a admin who was doing a great job in his part. Hopefully this type of situation doesn't happen to anyone. Proof (Screencaps or videos):None

    Ah there you are! I was waiting for you to leave your complaint.

    Basically you died indeed as you described on the top floor in snow castle.. by this outlaw..
    He then was standing there trying to get the money from the chest but it was bugged.. basically it was already broken down completely but he couldn't take out the money. Which i helped him with by lockpicking it and taking it out that way.
    He was still there when 1 minute after your death you walk in and look up, see the same guy that killed you, Pull out your 2 hand sabre that you somehow got so fast and walk up the ladder, then jump on the fence there 10 cm from the guy, and from your corpse actually! I was about to call you down for breaking NLR when he actually took the matter in his own hands and killed you on the spot.
    I did talk to the guy and that next time he shouldn't just kill right there without any role play even if you were breaking new life rule...

    Now, 30 seconds later you come in, pick up the sword you dropped at your (second) death and asking me about punishing this guy that killed you... Which basically was a second NLR break.
    When I tried to explain you what NLR means and what you done to break it, you kept going on about how you were a lord and you saw horses outside which was your reason of breaking NLR because it was logic RP that you would enter the room 1 minute after your death and rush upstairs to the fellow that's still there.
    I repeated the rules exactly 3 times and then gave up on you...
    During all this there was this commoner peasant that somehow just spawned, trying to interfere with the admin process..
    Basically we two had a conversation, and he was talking crap between it all the time, and then at some point I just said, that I could handle admin business by my self thank you very much.

    You try to cloud your NLR breakings with long stories of how great your legitimate RP reasons are.. but we all know the reason you rushed in and the reason you pulled out your 2 hand sabre was to revenge kill the guy that stole from you and took your life.

    At some point I was done repeating the rules to you and listening to your stories. and i truely love your admin complaint.
