You're right, i pumped my loyalty and i start with production. Thanks

Same thing here: I've finally have the privilege to conquer and manage a castle, but after several days i can't build anything. I have a +12 daily production, still i don't gather any "bricks", actually i have a -3 accumulated. Same with security: i boost my garrison and now i have a +1 daily in security, but my overall security is stuck at 100 after several days.
