I have been having the same issue. This is a game I have just started (after 3.0.1 update). Is there a patch for this?

So I have a question to add.  I have had my own faction for some time now with no war and my villages not being raided.  For some reason the prosperity is not increasing.  It seams as if the Mill combined with no raids is not having a positive effect.  My city is also not getting any better.  It has been "poor and neglected" from the start.  Anyone know what factors influence prosperity and the fastest way to increase it?
