  1. War strategy details

Sorry if this is found somewhere but a search here and on Google turned up nothing. What do the three settings for "War Strategy" as faction leader actually do? I know they are supposed to determine the priority for defending and starting seiges, but I would like more details.
  2. Resolved Lord Ransom gives no money if it is above 5000K patch 1.6.3

Not as of yesterday. Don't know about today's patch though.
  3. Add make baby "quest" or adoption quest, remove "waiting forever and ever" to make pregnancy.

I think the penalty for existing kids is way too harsh. Even having a third kid is extremely difficult. I don't know how people are getting 10 kids.
I think the decrease for age is reasonable but the existing kid penalty either needs to be made less severe or be configurable. Either by a sliding scale or low/normal/high, with the exiting number being the low.
    插入代码块:
31 year old with 2 kids
    13% - ((31-18) * .46) = 7.02
    7.02 / (2+1)² = 0.78%

Less than 1% for just the third kid! So on average you would be spending 100+ days of waiting to get her pregnant. If the women in Calradia are so infertile how do they keep the villages full of conscripts for the constant wars. :p

Even a 20 year old with 2 kids isn't much better

    插入代码块:
    13% - ((20-18) * .46) = 12.08
    12.08 / (2+1)² = 1.422%

I get they are trying to limit how many kids the player can have but this is too strict. A third kid is very hard and 4+ is near impossible. Did people with all these kids get them in old versions with better preg logic?

  5. Pregnancy

Thanks a lot. The link and video were very helpful! Knowing the percentages and how it all works make me much happier with the entire process.
  6. Pregnancy

Thanks all for the info. I had heard the woman's age mattered for pregnancy chance, and that is realistic. Wife is 29 currently. So it should be somewhat less than a women in her early 20s. Just wish we had the data so I knew how the game was handling it. Didn't really start trying untill a few years ago. She was traveling with the mc to level her up to be a better governor.
  7. Pregnancy

Once they have that charm perk, it's hard to stop them getting pregnant. My character has gotten pregnant twice just going in to a city to sell loot and leaving... The last one was wen she was 39, with a stack of kids already. I was trying not to have any more kids.

But then my character has 315 Charm. She just can't be resisted by him. Immortal Charm is my new favourite perk.

Off to the suggestions box to suggest the pill.
I'm having the opposite experience with the Virile perk. Gave it to both my MC and my wife. Before the perk had two kids without too much trouble, now it seems impossible. Spent about 10 days total spread over a few stays and nothing. Decided to start save scumming to do it. 20 attempts, and still nothing. Thought I would do an experiment to see how long it would take if i just let it run. First time, 10 days. Did it again, 47 days of non-stop waiting for her to get pregnant! It seems like the perk is making it harder, not easier.
