What about the serverside mod for the stat changes btw? Is it in use already for the Qualifiers?
Will any more detaills be announced soon (as stated 7 days ago)? Can't find anything specific in the rules or announcements yet.

Personally I find it a rather late and rash to implement such a change into a major tournament without any testing in matches or anything, but well.. would be nice to get it clarified either way.

Yeah, I guess I've just seen him "trolling" too much. I'd be interested to see this other side of him more often.

Otherwise, I agree with Scar, it's up to you guys in the end, and I think you will manage your server just fine!

I'm sure he'll do a splendid job, he's always been.. very creative interpreting our server rules. More than others, he really cares for his teammates 

You might as well consider adding Arni or Rempica, they proved great interest in administrative work. In the past, they even helped us restarting our servers regularly

Allerdings sind bei mir privat ein paar Änderungen Anfang nächstes Jahr möglich. Zum einen kann es sein dass ich irgendwann umziehen werde, was nebenher natürlich etwas an Arbeit und Zeit erfordern würde; und zum anderen werde ich früher oder später wohl auf Wechselschicht arbeiten, wodurch ich dann an einigen Tagen im Monat auch abends/nachts arbeiten wäre und somit dann nicht spielen kann - darunter auch ein Wochenende pro Monat.

Ist aber alles noch nicht wirklich sicher und kann sich noch ändern, so kann ich nicht genau sagen ob und wann ich dann wie eingeschränkt wäre. 


Ansonsten stimme ich damit überein, dass wir uns bald um einen Captain und die Organisation kümmern sollten, sodass sich dann so langsam ein Team bilden und vorbereiten kann. Das mit den pick'up Matches fand ich an sich auch keine schlechte Idee, könnten ja vielleicht diese Woche noch was machen.

Davon abgesehen bräuchten wir erstmal ein paar mehr Kandidaten, die am Commanden / Organisieren Interesse hätten und auch die Zeit dazu mitbringen. Dabei sollte sich auch niemand zurückhalten, weil er vielleicht denkt das jemand anderes besser wäre oder es schon jemand anderes machen wird. Wir müssen ja erstmal sehen was uns zur Verfügung steht und dann kann man immernoch wählen und entscheiden, wer es machen soll.
Ich selbst hätte mich auch angeboten als Captain/VC, aber durch die oben genannten, möglichen Einschränkungen könnte ich nicht garantieren, durchgängig genug Zeit für das Team zu haben und immer da zu sein. Fürs kommandieren hätten wir darüber hinaus auch deutlich bessere Leute, würde ich behaupten - aber Captain müsste ja auch nicht unbedingt der (Haupt-)Commander sein, man kann sich die Arbeit auch etwas aufteilen.

Was ist denn zum Beispiel mit Yona, KilleR oder auch Neathar (wobei der ja soweit ich mitbekommen habe, auch nicht die meiste Zeit haben wird). Die hätten aus meiner Sicht auch das Zeug zum Captain.

Oder wenn Vivar jetzt doch spielen kann, kann er dann auch commanden/den Captain machen? 

Also ich kann auch nicht heute Nachmittag, höchstens erst am späteren Abend.
