It's that I don't want to be part of another kingdom. I can make a warband BUT the warband won't follow me unless I'm part of a kingdom. I don't feel that makes much sense since they're still part of my warband. Shouldn't need to join another faction just to give your followers orders, ya know?

Why would your mercenary army not go to help you out since you're their paycheck? :\ If you got 100 guys, why are you only bringing 9 with you against 30? If you lose, the rest of your army should be showing up to make short work of them. What are they doing? Raiding your supply wagon as soon as they think you're dead and just disbanding? lol

The vets should know this from previous games but click and drag higher tier troops and move them to the top of your army queue. That way, they'll be the 9 that go with you. It may help some who stink like me and play it on easiest level

Same! I can gain renown no sweat but always at 0 influence. I don't recall ever having even 1 influence :'(

I'm wondering the same thing

I'm trying to figure out the same thing with having my companion follow my main army. I figure it should work the same as the PC does it when they go siege something but there's no command for "follow me to kick ass"
