Ok thank you, feel like an idiot for not seeing this ealier

so I tried for like the tenth time to re-install it and suddenly it worked on a small server without the patch,  Then i downloaded the patch and it didn't work.  The problem is without the patch i cant play the larger servers.  I hope the more specific info will help you find the problem

Did you apply the server optimisation patch (not for player clients)? You should probably try reinstalling PW from the latest full release. Are you using at least the required version of Warband (1.153)? Have you changed your controls to other keys for other mods, even single player? Most PW controls can be changed in the main options menu.

I have done all of that and i have change the controls in past mods and in native, i did mess with some of the controls but that was mainly to relocate the menus to see if it was the keys.  Really not sure what to do.  Not sure what you mean "not for player clients"

Ok I don't understand why there was this change at all, first of all, anyone could join the army then, the king didn't just recruit from his friends.  Also what missions do I do? I get village relations for doing their quests, guild master relations for doing his quests, and lord relations for doing their quests, but no faction relations.  This force me to search for villagers in trouble or an army that needed help, but when I did, I only had the option to join in on the side I didn't want to join.  Please tell me how to delete this addition because seriously this forced my away from the game, and now I have come back because every mod has it now.  I love this mod but this is one thing that has put a huge hole in my love for this mod

nevermind i found it

I am having trouble finding that file.  I have checked the file location but can only find variables, variables_use, and game_variables I cant find variables.txt. can anyone help me? I have checked all of those files for  $fclock_DELETED but cant find it

Let me start with the fact that I love this mod, and that I was very excited for 1.395 to come out.  But now that's it's is out I have noticed only new problems that are very annoying and no improvements. Training doesn't work some thing that was promised to be changed and now I can't even right click on the map.  May be I just haven't seen what this update has fixed, as for now, I see it's as a huge downgrade.  Is there a way for me to return to 1.394?

I'm having problems training soldiers in my castles.  I saw on another post that Motomataru had fixed this but I haven't felt the effects of this patch and can't train any soldiers, I even tried waiting e months; not change.  Also on another note, messages are showing any more, was working fine but then they just stoped.

If you need to increase your troop limit in an easy way, do this:

1. Export your character
2. Find the save character and edit the file -- you can edit anything you like, such as your stats and skills. You'll want hight STR to withstand more damage. But first and foremost, you want to raise you CHA to 30 (max number). With 30 Charisma you get 60 max troops plus the 10 base troops plus your leadership score multiplied by 5 (so another 50 possible here) And you get another troop for every 25 points of renown.
3. Import your edited saved character and recruit new soldiers to your larger army.

where do i find the saved character?

maybe try and attack a non polish town and see if that does the trick?

This kind of cheating is a reasonable solution to a bug. I'd rather cheat than settle for a broken party size.

how can you tweak them? and would the same method work on warband?
