How do i recruit Watchmens ??? I was playing a mod that watchman could upgrade into dark knights, but i do not know how to hire them, i'd love some help on this.

also... how do you recruit bandits to your party ?, capturing them and asking them to join you is the only way ?, because if it is, my plans on playing a bandit just got smashed...
