    my guess is a lot of hard work, talent, pretty high polycount, high texture resolution and a good shader.

    definitely need some better head model than the standard M&B one.
    material on it is crap too, some hashed together DGS generated stuff, and dielectric for the jewelry.

    heh, can't say RTWII surprised me. told my friends months before i bought it that it was probably gonna be another ETW. then 1 day before release after constant whinging from my friend about playing Coop i wind up just bying it on a whim, so i can play as spartans... guh. surprise surprise, it's FPS is in the toilet.. not really a problem. turn down graphics.
    turns takes ages to finish. annoying, but tolerable. weakest spartan units costs more than the most expensive one.. meh, i guess it'll get patched.
    then my computer BSODs. 3 times. and thats it. i'm not taking any more chances with this POS.

    dunno, check that the textures are in the right folder, (should be under modname/textures i think) and that you use  scan_module_textures = 1

    ok, fixed those issues. gave the conic helmets a new space on the texture.

    they won't conflict, just replace 1257helmets_3 from the medieval pack, with the one from the crusader pack.

    heh, updated with the new crusader helmets. was some troubles with that surcoat though.
