I just replaced a bunch of my components (ram, gpu, new SSD) and am waiting on a psu that'll be here next week so I was going off the belief that it was an issue on my end, but... My entire computer has been restarting when I try to play Bannerlord and I couldn't figure out why until I had Radeon Settings up at the same time I opened the game. I don't know what exactly is going on, but I've seen the same sort of massive power spike you're mentioning, with my watts jumping from 12-15 up to over 1,000 before things tripped and it rebooted. (I'm working my way down the list, still assuming that its my end, but I just wanted to 2nd the big power spike bit)
