We hang deserters! - Well, I do. I believe I have tweaked my game so this dialog works, but I would like to see it included in the game. If people don't want to use it, they don't have to click it. Currently iron fisted hanging types have to mod the mod.

If I can manage a mighty warband I can surely arrange to meet my companions at a certain time and place if we are split up. I utterly despise having to hunt them all down again after accidentally running into some Dena pirates and having my arse well and truly handed to me.

Would it be possible to add the companion management system via this tool?

I want the ability to chat to one companion and tell them to upgrade their weapons, armour and horses on their own, and also select the weapon layout and have them tell all companions to upgrade like they do. I am sure you saw this before in the great mods. It is one of my pet hates at the moment.

You can edit all the colours including your own using TweakMB. But this mod has very nice shades of colours for the factions so I use as a base.

There are plenty of games out there with beautiful graphics, if I want to look at something pretty I might load up one of them for 10 minutes. This game is a beautiful sandbox game that allows me to do what I want, when I want, how I want, to whom I want. I can play it a hundred different times and have a hundred different experiences. Its the gameplay in this one that is important to me.

I would never say no to improved graphics, but I would put it firmly at the bottom of the list of things to do.

I agree with the OP, there should be no major problem in giving us the option to disable all chat if we want. When they implement it I would also like the option to disable polls appearing on my screen every 2 minutes.

You did not need to wait on steam. I bought it from steam 2 days ago and played beta a little bit. Then someone here pointed out that if I downloaded the torrent (or the game from here i suppose) and installed it somewhere else you can play it now baby. Steam puts your key somewhere in the registry and the game recognises that whether you are using Steams version or the original.

Now for a quick question.

Can anyone link me to a post or briefly explain how I can change the faction colours on the map?

I dont know why they changed them but the new ones are driving me nuts. Every time I see a green village I want to buy fur!

That's true I bought the ETW beta from steam. Still waiting for the full game to be released.
