Hey, I'm running dialup, so those who have played the new version so far, what is so different between it and 960?
Do you think the frame rate would be better with the new version? I'm only getting about 10 fps with 960 ATM.

Anyways, I bought M&B way back at .751. I can't remember how much I payed for it, but it was very worth it. This is a great game. I'm glad to see that this game is flourishing.

I just started playing again after like a year, but I bought the full version back in the v.7 eras. I just downloaded the newest version and the game has improved so much.

There actually is a regular "Axe", they look like hand axes. I usually find them in zendar (or it's equivelent if you're using a mod)

To kill the horse i usually use a 2 hander or a high powered 2h bladed weapon.
I try and strike at where the rider's thighs meet the horse, then sometimes u can hit both.

I don't worry about killing the horse.
I just bust out my great lance and drive it through my enemie's face.

But anyways, its great to see someone that pumped about the game in 2 days.

Volkier, I think goro's first post states that he already has the latest or a fairly recent driver for his video card.

What kind of video card do you have at your home computer?
Or... if you're unsure about your video card specs, how old is your computer?

I will freak out, stay up late every night until I explore every single new aspect of the release.
