    Oh and for those who don't understand the two halves system, I'll explain it here.

    First half: 6 rounds will be played, you don't have to win 6 rounds for you're team., 6 rounds just need to be played.

    Second half : First to 8 wins, if both teams reach 6 wins each, it is a tie. and perhaps a voted on OVERTIME

    Both Matt and I are open to dicussing this on Steam, then if needed, we can reassure the community in this thread of the conculsion.

    Alright, I'm glad your being civil, and I would prefer if we took this to PM/Steam as this thread is for challenges and merc requests etc.

    Also, I can't speak on behalf of Matt by myself, so any inquiries about whether we do or do not begin this (Even though it already has) conquest, is a joint decision.

    I'm sure you'll understand.

    1. Sets a precedent for other clans to do similar 'in-clan' games, this isolates the community into little circle-jerk clan bunches which is teh gay. Even just the potential for this to happen is enough to worry me.

    2. Simply by creating an alternative, however unappealing or subordinate in priority, you undermine the 7 v 7 ladder.

    3. By publicly setting yourselves apart and making your own special campaign you make yourselves look a bit...haughty(?), which fuels more conflict with other clans which in turn buggers up not only the 7 v 7 ladder but any other clan interactions.

    The simple fact that this conquest can be percieved that way (negatively) is reason enough for it to be a bad idea.

    1. The community is not going to turn into a circle-jerk, this IS open to mercenaries( when I say mercenaries, I mean ANY individual). This is no different than a training session other clans might hold, its just more organised, and its a little fun competition within the Rawr team.

    2.     As stated in a past post, this, in anyway does NOT take priority over any other ladders/campaigns.

    3. See above point.

    The only reason the community is percieving this in a negative way, is because its posted in the same forum as the campaign/7v7 ladder.

    The sole reason this was posted on the community forums was so that any individual could signup (With Matt and My permission) as a merc and play. That and the communication benefits.

    Campaign matches come before this. That means if a campaign match is on the same time as one of these matches; The campaign comes first.

    So it is in no way counter-productive.

    We'd appreciate it if you didn't immedietly bag the Conquest, this is, in no way competition against any other campaign/7v7 ladder, you just percieve it that way.

    Its an opportunity for fun and matches.
