Actually he was not trolling I believe the person mean is that, three dragon "Sanctuaries" and Mzinchaleft and the Tower stone form a pentagon. And if you add those to together 3+1+1=5. I believe you just had a misunderstanding of the words.

Galthor recounted the money he got from selling varoius weapons and armor in addition to what he bought. Having bought  a leather backpack to hold all the herbs, tools, food and medical supplies he bought. The weight of all the goods was a strain on his shoulders as he was walking to the camp. Seeing that the sun is setting on the horizen Galthor made an effort to go faster.
