Hmm, I seem to be having a problem with my Rhodok Sharpshooters.  Their crossbows don't appear on the battlefield, or on the character model that appears when I talk to them in the party screen (they still appear for all lower-tier troops).  This effects the sharpshooters of other lords as well.

I've never had this happen to me before I altered the stats, and it's happened in every game I've started since.

I see Zendar as powerful trade-based citystate, much like medieval Flanders or any number of Italian cities. It wouldn't have been difficult for them to revolt when the Swadian regime stabilized; their wealth and status as a port city would have made it easy for them to summon large numbers of mercenaries.
