Woodcutter's Axe: Shouldn't be a great weapon, but makes sense to be 2-handed. Slow, medium damage, has a blunt thrust.

Great Club: This just seems to be something that would exist in any period, but lost to history due to being a large piece of wood. Makes sense for peasants to use a big heavy club.

Wouldn't make any sense. Frisia was a vassal to Franks. And if Franks were even added, there would have to be multiple of their kingdoms.

During 10th-11th the Dane Axe gained popularity outside Scandinavia. I am confident that the Norse already had it in use at this time. Also, there was the Long-bearded axe which is absent as well.

As mentioned, Normans didn't exist at the time. It was the Viking named Rollo who was offered the lands around Seine in exchange for the end of raiding and vassalage, and the area came to be known as the Duchy of Normandy. He married the daughter of King Charles and converted to Catholicism.

I'm quite sure it's unique to the DLC. I've never seen that option in Native nor any mod I've played ever.

I've seen Frankish Horsemen mercenaries a couple of times in Norse mead halls, you could employ those guys.

Raiding monasteries decrease your relations with the Christian faith and with lords as clergy starts to spread word about your deeds. Beside that, you will lose relations with some lords even more greatly as your reputation goes all the way down. Mine is about -460 and every single Christian holding has -100 relations with me, as does every Christian lord.

About load textures on demand, this is controversial because it actually depends of your PC. For me if I turn it off I get an instant 20-30 fps boost.
