  1. All kingdoms are at war with me

    Do you have your companions in their own parties? What I've noticed in my games is that when I put them in their own parties they tend to run off and declare war on other factions for me. Soon as I disbanded them I quit getting declared on as much. Definitely has to be a bug as you should be the only one declaring war for your kingdom.

    Use vortex for mods, and elevate it after installation. It will prevent your launcher crashing on startup, happened to me and this fixed it.

    Enjoying the game so far except the fact that if you piss off a faction leader its impossible to regain relation with them. I've given gifts, attacked bandit hideouts in his territory, done quests for his family and attacked his enemies. Nothing gives you relation with lords if they hate you.

    So i went with Val at the beginning of my play through but unfortunately they were destroyed. So now I'm trying to go with Brit but it says I need -10 relations to join. I've done everything I cant think of. I've attacked his enemies, given him gifts, done quests for his towns, attacked bandit...
